McRae & Grist at Argentina 1998 fixing Subaru with rocks is awesome, too.
This Mexico clip shows why we'll not see the WRC back in the USA😢.
    Olympus 1988 RIP.

If I remember correctly, McRae hit a rock while leading. After the stage, the tyre was stuck at an angle and they couldn't get it off, so they drove the car until the tyre burst. Then they took off the wheel, Grist kicked the suspension until a bent part came off and they smashed it with rocks until it straightened out. Then drove back, reached the next stage with less than a minute to spare and set the fastest time.
Legendary. Though probably one of McRae's less eventful rallies in 1998 given the season he had.

By the way, if anyone is looking at a temporary, reversible but secure solution to rebasing to 25s, you can stick your based mini to the top of a simple 25mm mdf square with Museum tack. It's like blu-tack/poster putty, but much stronger. It's used to keep things still and stable in Museum displays, but it's still removable and reusable.

They didn't show the part where they stopped at the McDonald's and the codriver had to plead for his preferred mcflurry flavour. It was a discontinued special but they made it for him anyway
