This will piss some people off. I went to their concert in Atlanta years back. It was winter so it got pushed into a 22,000 seat arena. I went there looking for a ticket. Somehow I ended up in row 2 off the floor no more than 25 feet from the stage. It cost me NOTHING. I didn't even have to pay to park. In my search for a ticket I ended up mingling with smokers who were already in the arena who stepped out for a smoke. I ended up moving inside with them without even realizing it. 😮 On my 3rd attempt at an empty seat the show began. Well, as you all know, you don't sit at an AC/DC concert . Game--Set--Match!! A guy next to me even bought me a beer! There is a God and he knew my desire.
What was amazing that this AC/DC concert in 2009 at River Plate in Argentina had over 70K fans... and AC/DC sold out 3 NIGHTS at that stadium on that South American tour 🤘🤘 If interested, AC/DC announced a US stadium tour in 2025 between April & May... chances r the tickets will sell out.
These guys are in their 70's today and are still at it, and better than 90% of bands out there today

Wrong, better than all other bands, even at their age. Went to Power Up in Indio California last October. They were better than any band there. Guns and Roses,Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, and 1000 times better than Tool! Tool was horrible, they are not a rock band.
The Highway to hell is Canning Highway from Fremantle to the Raffles Hotel Applecross on the Swan River where the best bands played. I grew up there, am 64 now and still Rock out to them. Most of us in ( community housing for elderly)units, like it. 😂😂😂🇦🇺 From Perth Western Australia. 👍
Hiya mate...I just wanted to say that I'm also from Perth... and you've just made me jealous to know that you were at the Raffles Hotel when Bon Scott RIP❤❤..that's absolutely amazing ❤❤
@@tanyabarwise5978 Well it's the coolest story I've heard in a while so congratulations to you for having that AMAZING experience...RIP Bon Scott... and to you ma'am you were lucky to be able to say you were there at the Raffles Hotel back in Bon Scott RIP legendary days... much love and jealousy and I hoped you had GREAT memories of those legendary days ❤❤❤🎉🎉
@rosiekickett2617 Thank you, they are great memories, well what's left of my memories. You know what they say if you remove the 70's you weren't there. 😂😂😂😂
Ha ha! Sorry mate just read that. 😂😂 The saying goes If you remember the 70s you weren't there. If you were, you really didn't enjoy yourself. 😂🇦🇺👍 Merry Christmas mate. 👍🇦🇺🦋❤️
Hey my young friend, I was 17 when i first heard this song,LOL & still like AC/DC, "61yrs old now!" One of the best auzzie hard-rock bands ever!! Hi from Nova Scotia,Canada. 🥶😀👌🎅🌲👍✌
If you want a concert like this, afraid rap just won't cut it, switch to rock or metal and there you get this reaction and everyone knows the tune an lyrics 😂
The "highway to hell" is what was a single lane each direction highway from Perth in Western Australia to Fremantle. It was hell Because of all the traffic heading to the pub where they used to play.
They're awesome in concert I went to see them in Florida was on the floor row F it was the best concert I have ever been to in my life and I've been to many concerts they were the best
That is NOT a Noose...it's the rope hanging from the Hells Bells that the singer swings from...You will have to watch the video for the song Hells Bells for this concert.
The noose is what the lead singer swung on during another big song of theirs called "Hells Bells". Being Christmas time, their song "Miistress for Christmas" seems like a good one to check out...
See, the thing about AC/DC is, songs, written up to 1980 have to be performed by their previous singer, Bon Scott. That's an unwritten rule. Fans will appreciate the extra mile to take that into account.
The largest crowd to see a rock concert (or probably any concert) was 1.1 million people in Russia to see Metallica.. BTW.. all the guys (AC/DC) are in their late 50’s to mid 60’s in this concert..
brian = nothing in front off bon scott ok? maybe u need to try acdc whit the top 3 front man ever in metal! the line is= jailbreak or let there be rock for first
Watch Rush in Rio to see another turned up crowd! For crazy numbers in a crowd going crazy watch Metallica in Russia playing Enter Sandman. It will blow your mind!
Mate, playing the music for 5 seconds then stopping for some stupid comments... the 5 more seconds of play and stopping again... then 5 more seconds. STOP THIS CRAP and listen to the music for a minute or two before stopping. Jeez. Even worse is that your comments are non-sensical crap.
the original video is 4mins along... i literally pause it so that i can COMMENTATE considering its a reaction channel.... if i pause too much sorry but im not going to just sit there quiet and not make content lol... if you want to listen without pausing i link every single original video in every bio feel free to click on it
Your thumbnail for this reaction video is a little misleading. Clickbait, maybe, you could say.... Leads one to think your giving us the original stuff. A performance by them when they were young and virial... . Back when Brian Johnson's voice and all the boys were still at the height of their virality. Too bad you only gave us the boys after worn down by the many years of touring. Too bad. Compared to their original, younger years the stuff captured at "River Plate" only shows a great group of very talented group of artists on their way back down...declining... getting old, and more worn out a little more each performance, each year. Ac-Dc live performances are nowhere near what they once were. Shockingly so at "River Plate". Newbies just have no idea.... Sad. So very sad. You should really check them out at the height of their powers. AC/DC really were something to behold at one time. For many of us that were around for their earlier works...wow. We were spoiled by knowing them from the great days when Ac/Dc were THE best around. Period. Out of respect for them, I think, a lot of people respect them as great artists even as they underperformed with all their later stuff. Should've hung it up and called it quits a long time back. There is a definite downward spiral for them, The Stones, The Who, and many, many other Super Rock groups/bands.. They survived the experimental heavy drug usage and acid trips of the 1960's and '70's. They made it through all the partying and excesses of the big 1980's. Glided throughout the 1990's and into the 2000's....only to be unable to stop making music and performing. Older rockers can still always work in the studio and crank out some work. The caliber of the performances on stage just suck. So much lower than they were at one time. This is when it starts to suck for the older fans that know how they should've been long retired. Music is all these old rockers know. I feel for them. But there comes a time in every professionals life when it is better to hang it up whilst all is still good. Some, it seems... just cannot. And that's just too damn bad. When the performers cannot give the high caliber performances anymore it really does not do a damn thing for the artists legacy. Except begin to tarnish the luster. And the caliber of their performance goes down the toilet. Better to hang it up at their zenith, I think. Just sayin'. In the immortal words of Def Leppard: "it's better to burn out.... than fade away".
you meant like its a live performance and not the original video?.. sometimes i use different pics for the thumbnail cause a lot of the time the quality isn't always good... sorry about that just want it to look appealing so that people click it
Fun fact, this stadium had to be basically rebuilt after this show, the crowd were so into jumping up and down, the foundations were damaged.
Really??? And you know this to be true????
@@surf101- I know I read it somewhere, but I can't find anything to verify it now that I do a Google search.

The "noose" is from the giant bell prop for "Hell's Bells" . . . . . video available, same concert.

Do “Whole Lotta Rosie” from that concert. Or their Thunderstruck regular video.

Born and bred Aussie here and my son's middle name is Bonscott after original lead singer.
Saw them in Dublin this year, they still have it and are total legends
Any walking sticks in sight? 😂
Can you imagine the adrenalin rush the band experienced seeing that incredible crowd..!!! WOW!!!
I’ve seen them every time they have come to Texas. Going to Dallas for the upcoming show. 69 and still loving em.
You need to see Angus live in the 70s. Riff Raff. Bad Boy Bogie. Let there be rock. Hes beyond amazing.

The greatest Rock & Roll Band ever!
We really did know how to party in the 80’s.
Best music ever !
These guys were nearing late fifties at the time. And they just started a new tour again.
Malcolm and angus young are 2 of the very best
They're awesome in concert I went to see them in Florida was on the floor row F it was the best concert I have ever been to in my life and I've been to many concerts they were the best

What a synchronized sea of Humanity.
Great time to be alive and grow up with them
This is the start of the encore.
96000 for 3 nights in a row.
I still listen today age 64
South American crowds/fans are insane. I love how much energy they put out
The noose is what the lead singer swung on during another big song of theirs called "Hells Bells".
Being Christmas time, their song "Miistress for Christmas" seems like a good one to check out...
Ever body played acdc at parties in the 80s
Aguante AC/DC....Argentina tierra de Rock 🤘🏼 💥 🇦🇷

The most wrong way to hear this for the first time!!!!!! Listen to it with the Guy who wrote the Lyrics doing it JUSTICE!!! BON SCOTT!!
The noose is a rope for the bell in Hells Bells

Possibly the best and longest guitar solo ever during Let There Be Rock at this same show. Don't miss it!
Argentine futbol crowds!!
They are selling tickets right now for a new tour!
Wouldn’t of mattered if ABBA played that Russian concert, still would of got that crowd😀

This croud is nothing compared to Russias 1.6 million people. Check out Metallica,"Enter Sandman" in Russia...Mind blowing😊
Dude, that's true, but Metallica wasn't the headliner, AC/DC was. Just saying.
@lancerulau8547 You are right. 😎
You broke the rule by stoping more than once
You need the original with Bon Scott singing... Brian has nothing, on Bon....
you want to go to a show like this forget hip hop and rap crap go to a ROCK SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The pausing!!!!!
If you think this is a crowd, you should watch Metallica live in Moscow!
Argentinian crowds knew how to rock and enjoying the time. Not just only being the most crowds

It would be better if you quit stopping the video every 2 seconds and just listen to the song give your opinion afterwards
This is real music not like the rap s***
List the reason why I'm going to stop watching your videos because he keeps stopping the video every 2 seconds everyone gets into it
you keep pausing
Stop with the River Plate reactions!!!!
React to earlier videos.
It's not about the crowd, it's about the music!!!!!!
Thunderstruck....at river plate!!!!!!
No more at River PLATE.
Please react to 70's AC/DC LIVE!!!!
SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!!
Isn’t it too bad? We can’t actually listen to the song without you running off at the mouth.
