Wow i think of all the RUclips videos for learn creep THIS one takes first prize.
a) it offers various types of play, for the newbie like myself the second version with a single pattern and even a single string (mind blown)
b) you didn’t take anything for granted for the absolute beginner like oh so many tubers do. ie. which finger goes on which string (seriously string no1 means nothing to me but you show me while I’m already under so much pressure it greatly helps
c) you explained that the strum pattern is really your choice. Thank you. Ive never heard that explained to me and been frustrated learning for years. But makes perfect sense.
Had i not learned from ed O’Brien’s video this would have been my first choice.

Been at it 3 months now & your channel is one of the first I came to. At first I tried the 2 finger power chords for this epic song, but didn't get on with it.
Watching you now I'm more comfortable with the capo version. It will take a little time but I'll get there, got the strumming but it's the lil F's effing me up ( pun intended!). Love this version. Thankyou for all the effort you put in. Some say you shouldn't start to play along to a song if your a beginner but I say it helps us along & we gain confidence from it. 3 months in & I can sound a few barre chords out, even the F.....once! I'm realising there's alot more to playing guitar than first thought & you have to have a passion to learn coz it's blimming hard!. And with that passion you have to know the basics of music theory. Thanks again.✌🎶

Came here after the new guardians, never knew there was an acoustic version to the song until now. I haven’t played my guitar in a few weeks so might as well start again here. This is gonna be a struggle to learn but the 3rd version will be beautiful once learnt

I'm new to guitar been playing for about 2 weeks now, but it's defenetly worth learning the first version cause someday I'll have to learn bars anyways, and it sounds the best to me.

I injured my hand when I was a kid, lost movement in my pointer finger, I hope this video helps me because I was learning the song and I couldn’t play the one of the chords properly

Sorry about your finger. I lost half of my hands power after paralysis. This video helps me to learn this song little bit without barre chords.

I've got a question to you regarding the second version of playing Creep here: it feels like there should be another chord between C and G, a chord that introduces C to G even more. What shall it be?

Seems like every youtuber has a different stroke pattern. here's some others: (↓ ↓ ↓↑ ↑↓ ↓↑ ↑↓↑) or (↓ ↓ ↓ ↓↑↓ ↓ ↓↑↓↑)
That's because they're all using a technique, there is no right or wrong strumming pattern, it's a feel. The more songs you learn the more you will understand this.😎👍🎸
