@@aneshiadarlingso you're missing the point that there were legitimate other employees that you have never been told about that also were involved they were not even mentioned in the documentary I mean a simple Google search of the employees that were in Nickelodeon at that time can answer your question and you can individually look up their profiles and criminal histories or anything about them

My mom stopped letting us watch Nickelodeon way back when I was a kid because she said "whoever made this is a pedophile with a foot fetish" and she wasn't wrong. Unless Quiet on Set has witnesses that are willing to speak up against him in court, it won’t get thrown out and they will have to settle with Dan or fight against it in court.
Wouldn’t Dan have to prove that this has defamed him, and how this has impacted him? The onus is on him, he’s the one accusing them of defaming him.

I like how you are being fair about reporting this topic. Child SA and any predatory behavior shouldn't be taken lightly. Yet at the same time, it's hunting season for these big wig producers and industry people. No one alleged that he had been sexually inappropriate. That said you can be inappropriate with a kid and never physically touch them, you can get kids to do almost anything especially if you're someone in Authority that is highly inappropriate, and never once get them naked or you be naked or do anything sexual. And his proclivities for feet out the window the fact that he made so many kids feel uncomfortable the fact that he effectively put kids in these like dares where they honestly shouldn't have to have been in, the fact that he effectively exposed kids to just incredible mood swings and abuse and would play favorites with children yeah he's psychologically damaged a lot of people. And there are things such as non offending pedophiles, which in my view is what Dan Schneider probably is

Dan isn’t even realizing that NOT ALL of the child stars for Nickelodeon participated in that documentary which if they do finally decide to tell their stories that could make his lawsuit a whole lot worse for him.
There was that one part where they said him & Amanda or Jamie Lynn went into a room alone for awhile... I think he did something to both of them... They both didn't respond to the doc makers...

Dan knows what he was a part of and that was making the children uncomfortable, mentally abusive , and let's talk about what he did to the female staff. His hands are not clean.
I knew this was coming, and agree with him. They definitely tried to insinuate that if he was not a child abuser he was compliant. We can use the subsequent social media memes to support his claim. Inappropriate jokes and cringey scenarios, do not warrant the reputation that was formed subsequently. He even apologized via official message in the documentary. Let him be responsible for his actual unethical behaviors and not for the extreme circumstances that he is being alluded to doing.
Wait, he apologized in detail to what the complaints were, but now he complains? I never got the impression he was ok with the SA from others. The issue with him was his weird, not appropriate, choices of implyed S E X stuff with minors.
How was he defamed? The documentary highland his production style through the lens of today's standards and how inappropriate it was. Is he denying that he didn't set up playful child actor scenes to emulate adult sexual scenarios? We all saw it with our own eyes. The documentary never conclusively said what his intentions were.
As intelligent as he thinks he is, doesn’t he know for him to win, the claims have to be untrue . They back everything up with facts.
It's just like production changes the narrative to try to make the shows interesting, and he misguided his direction to certain scenes. Someone needs to be accountable for their actions. IMO and suing ain't being responsible, it's pointing the finger.

I was more of the impression after watching it, that he was controlling, verbally and emotionally abusive to employees, that he did not protect any of his employees, he was sexest, he had children doing inappropriate and adult humor (which I also blame tha parents who let their children be exposed to all of the behavior ), that he created an environment for predators to work in. There were also some questionable behaviors and comments towards minorities Would I leave him alone with my child
