15:07 -Skipped past a couple good ones. Light can help in a pinch, and consumes negligible mana. Spark bolt is always nice to have, even better with trigger. Teleport Bolt is your dodge button. I prefer the small teleport bolt, but the big one can mean the difference between life or death. Teleport out of crazy situations anytime. Also, a note on the homing shots perk. They WILL HOME ON YOU if your poly'd. Found out THE HARD WAY. Same with "Levitation Particles" if I'm not mistaken. So yeah. Be careful when using homing. When you're a sheep with 1 hp everything kills you, including your own projectiles since they can't tell you're the caster.
Polymorphine can actually be pretty useful for getting out of the holy mountain without collapsing it. If you're polymorphed into something when you go to exit, the thing doesn't collapse. Regular polymorphine is ideal, but chaotic is better than nothing if you don't have tp or tele juice, especially for the first three floors. You can always just leave them open and circle back to the first floor via the big chasm on floor 3. I have my amulet and crown, so I'm always thinking in terms of god runs lol, but being able to circle back and possibly leaving some healing or going to the dark cave to grab the extra health and full heal can save your bacon sometimes, even if you're just planning on getting to the end.
16:58 bro you need to not sleep on short range teleport. Besides using it to leave the mountain without collapsing it, it allows you far far better mobility. Like in the previous video where you got stun locked to death, you could have got out of it with short range teleport. Also if you really are curious about the tree, you can easily get up it with teleport. You could even do it this run by going to the right side of the 3rd biome that connects to the 1st biome that you discovered not too long ago. There is also an orb on the surface to the far right on top of the pyramid which is normally a pain to walk to, but only mildly inconvenient with short range teleport.
