- I was supposed to get creative with this song lyrics video. But it didn't work out properly, so here I am, doing the usual normal movie thing.

This song (and God) changed my life...
Needed to hear this today. "I'm willing to lose everything I am." Love you, Lord!
Every time my life topples upside down this song has popped into my head since I was in fifth grade, and I am now entering my first year of college.
This is like my favorite Hawk Nelson song.
Tonight I may have accepted Christ finally, and I needed this to finally push me over the edge
How's it going now?
@@somereformedtheologian8129 what I was wondering.

Dealing with an infidelity being a single mother with a special baby now and many times I want to break down but this song pops in my head in my toughest time and I see God and I hold on to him and get back up. I have this song on replay.
I know this song is about God but when I hear it I think of my bf to each their own right no judgment
Kayla Bagwell This song goes perfect for couples. But it also reminds us that we will never be alone and that we will always be Loved.
Are you and he still together?

take me
this song is so me
Look I’m not a atheist I’m catholic but why do people tend to think that Hawk Nelson’s older songs are about god their newer ones like Diamonds are about god but the older ones aren’t.
Shadow Fry it could have influence of both topics in this song.
Playing Christian music doesn't necessarily mean it's worship music. This song is more of a conversation he was having with God, just like any genre of music people write from prospective and feelings or experiences. So when you hear one of their songs (like this one) and have that thought think of his words to understand the main point of the song. So yes in a way this song is about God but each song is a message that sometimes, needs to be decoded to understand it. And the band was way different back then they had a different lead singer, and they were all much younger and their style has changed. A lot of people say they were kinda emotional back then. and personally I don't listen to their new music as I prefer their older music. So just a little something you'll learn in music appretication class.:) I love hawk nelson because I can relate to them knowing they've had a similar experience with the Lord.
