      ​@@IanMarkow of course. I will separate the two comments so if the link gets blocked, you at least know what's up. They've done a study on chest wall expansion and essentially found out that in the side lying position a2p dimensions increased in comparison to sitting or supine. Basically what you've already concluded in this video.

    Can we just use two half foam rollers on the bottom side? One on the hip, and one nipple level? Thanks for another great video.
