What I like about your "review" is that you hardly give opinions of the game, you show what it is and let the audience decide whether or not they want to play it.
Woo Ren and Stimpy! Yeah, I definitely remember this cartoon. And I do vaguely remember this game. I believe I rented it a couple times, as well as the Veediots game. I don't think I ever beat either. That outdoor level was definitely... unique. :P All the teeth and nerves, I believe, are part of the first level in the Veediots game, where Ren is climbing through Stimpy's mouth and has to avoid touching the nerve-endings or be chomped down on. Calling these games, or the show for that matter, weird is quite the understatement. :P Great video! Happy to hear there will be more frequent uploads! I'm looking forward to seeing more. :)
Actually a lot of the levels in this game are actually from the TV show, it's funny, they built a couple of episodes into a story. In fact there is literally an episode called Stimpy's Invention ;) Which I recommend watching. Also thanks buddy! :D I'm excited for more consistancy, and I think I'm not the only one :D haha
Hey Brother, great video. You made this super entertaining, and I loved all of the jokes you made. Very funny, and just a pleasure to watch. Thanks so much for the content and please keep up the good work.
It seemed like there were an in ordinate amount of ren and stimpy games in the early 90s. I liked the graphical presentation but some of them had controls and difficulty that were just crazy
The graphics are great, and the music is decent enough. For me though this game was a big part of my chidhood, though I do agree the controls in this could use some work a bit :)
I miss this show, and the games were fun enough as I kid. I hadn't played this one, but I gotta say I feel like I missed out. I haven't looked it up, but this appears to be developed by the same people who did Earthworm Jim. Great video!
It was definitely a great show. I still enjoy it all the time. I always loved the art style, that gross realism in cartoon form. Growing up I only knew of this game, but I played the hell out of it. I mean this game isn't the best game, but it was still a staple in my childhood :) Thanks bro
Well if you think about it, the art style of shows like Sponge Bob wouldn't be around these days. Jon K. (The creator of Ren & Stimpy) Has been praised by animators for the last twenty years as an inspiration :D
Another awesome episode man! Congratz on getting a release schedule set up. Everytime I try to upload regularly life always gets in the way, stupid life!
I don't think that castle is as happy as you think it is. >.> They're doing... WHAT...by themselves? XD 8:00 The outside is a terrifying place. That's why I stay inside so much. XD I don't think my parents let me watch Ren & Stimpy growing up. This game sort of explains why. lol
The outside is terrifying, it's hard to be out there, giant mosquitos!!! Also yea a lot of parents did what yours did, mine did not hide me from it, so I've loved it my whole life :)
Hey Nick, thanks buddy, that really means a lot. I didn't see you at the Calgary Expo this year, were you there and I just totally missed you? Hope you're doing well :)
Wow, I feel like a jerk for missing the panels this year. This year our company had a very very busy weekend with sales, which is something I'll never complain about, but I did miss out on a lot because of it. Will you be at the Edmonton Expo this year?
Hey Retrosode! I just bought this game for a friend and we can't figure out how to switch between characters in single player, can you help please!? I can't find the info anywhere online..
The pixel arts are pretty good. I know it's probably a lot of people's childhoods, but the show just looks gross. :P "I have corn" Is your name Guggenheim?
See as a kid we knew that we shouldn't go into the cages at the zoo. That one kid didn't play this game atleast. Good video!!!!
Haha, yea, this was a hidden life lesson in a video game :) Thanks buddy
*"No sir I don't like it"* - Mr Horse

I'd always wanted to see a freezer level like that.
Also, if the great outdoors actually looked like that, I might go outside more!
I'm glad I could share it with you ;)
Also if the outdoors looked like that I would need to carry a giant fly swatter for thos mosquitos :P
It's certainly the best game out of the whole ten and skimpy video game catalog.
Oh, the good ol' days of slapping around Stimpy.
What do you mean? Did you stop? :P Why would you stop! Sounds like you need to bust this game out and play it :)
What I like about your "review" is that you hardly give opinions of the game, you show what it is and let the audience decide whether or not they want to play it.
Thank you buddy! I really appreciate that. I mean I do poke fun at it, but you can also tell I'm having fun lol

Without Ren & Stimpy, I wonder where the more "edgy" cartoons and animation would be today.

Retrosode
Oh yeah, you can definitely see the inspiration in some of the kids shows of recent times.
Just adds to how amazing this show is. It was definitely a pioneer for adult cartoons. This show really did blue some unconventional lines :)
Another awesome episode man! Congratz on getting a release schedule set up. Everytime I try to upload regularly life always gets in the way, stupid life!
My life loves getting in the way. I had to work hard to make this promise a reality. I just need some quiet time lol
+Retrosode quiet time in the corner solves everything, unless you have a fear of corners :)
I meant quiet time to edit you crazy shyguy! :p

Will you be at the Edmonton Expo this year?
yep, ill have all the info at facebook.com/NickMcQuik
Oh great, yea I see I missed you in Calgary this month. I'll keep and eye out. I just liked your page.
Hey Retrosode! I just bought this game for a friend and we can't figure out how to switch between characters in single player, can you help please!? I can't find the info anywhere online..
Pause the game and push buttons on the pause screen. The image of the character you're using will change then unpaired the game :)
dude u r freakin awesome bro.👍👍👍👍👍👍
This game looks significantly more fun than any of the ones I played as a kid. They... were not good.
It's not a bad game, I would say it's highly medicore, but if you like Ren & Stimpy then it's totally worth it :)
The pixel arts are pretty good. I know it's probably a lot of people's childhoods, but the show just looks gross. :P
"I have corn" Is your name Guggenheim?
The game's art is pretty good, but you really should watch the show. It does look gross, but it's really good.
Also I don't get that reference ;)
Hmm. I might look into it.
It's probably for the best then. :|
You should, I'm sure you'd be able to find it. Also no, I want to know the reference! :P haha
