Old episode again!!! john seems like a great boss for his age. Hes only a young guy. Full of good quotes and runs his business well. Knows the job inside out. GREAT BOSS. At the end of the day, the boss has final word its HIS reputation and business. Most drivers in the industry are immature, speak like bogans and arent thorough. At least Jon has sum class, speaks well and is in control.

More experience then my boss lol we are the same age 35 me and my boss and iv been trucking longer then him 😂 16 years over size normal loads coast to coast canada and us bin to all lower 48 and every province home in canada

If your heavy haul company has the boss at all transports it aint good shows cliënt 0 trust in drivers. You have the pointed people for that. What if john passes away one night? He need to get good/trustworthy people train new drivers/operators. Not show up and do it himself. If a newby f.cks up hes out.

@ It got sold to another company which went bankrupt not long after and took HHA with it. Jon is still around running a new HHA selling trucks and a little bit of heavy haulage
