My heart is with you! I was diagnosed in 2019. It's a lonely disease. As the people around you do not get it. They think it oh your in pain. Take a nap you'll feel better. And since that never happens people act like well why not. It's a progressive disease man! It's not ever gonna be better. I have lost friends, jobs, dreams & hopes.. Oh my gosh… why isn’t home health involved with Christina’s daily life? She deserves to feel clean and do the daily things she wants to do on a daily basis. I have MS too and currently in an active relapse myself. Everything from my waist down is numb and my skin feels like it’s being washed by sand. I hope Christina goes into remission soon!! ❤
I was on dialysis as a child and received a kidney transplant 20 years ago. I have lots of joint pain due to that. Sometimes I can’t shower when I want to so, I love taking a hot bubble bath. It helps so much in times I can’t stand in the shower. I hope this helps anyone experiencing pain♥️
She just came out that she no longer has any use of both of her legs and feet anymore which is really sad because she’s such a talented actress. But unfortunately none of us have control of when health issues like this happens. I give her a lot of courage and support for dealing with this situation. She’s very tough and courageous person.

I know how she feels. It started last night…..pain and spams worse than I ever have had before. I was pushing myself more than usual to get stuff done. A “normal” person would have no problem with the list I had. I had a horrible night sleeping due to pain. The itching has returned as an every day occurrence. If you don’t have MS, the only way I can describe the feeling that it is like red fire ants biting you. Benadryl or creams do not help it, because it is from nerves! I need like an ice bath to soothe it. The way I can describe this occurrence is if you think of a wire. So if you think of your nerves as the strands of the wire and the coating surrounding it is myelin, MS destroys that myelin (coating). Basically it is like the strands of nerves are not protected anymore. So imagine your nerve wires are exposed and heat makes them start a fire so to speak…..that’s what it feels like. That is why, I believe, heat bothers me and when I have this MS itch, the only thing that helps is a cold compress/water.
It is awful what those three poor beautiful ladies have to go through living with those chronic illnesses. It is hell for them. I wish that there was a miracle cure for their terrible illnesses so that they would be cured forever from their awful diseases and they can live as long as the Queen did.

My cousin has ms,and doesn’t use a cane,he said he has to anchor himself,against the wall,in the shower,to prevent from falling over,he stayed over Saturday,after everybody left,from hunting eggs,and cooking out,was standing up,in the living room,adjusting his watch,and started swaying,they was doing it also,and was like it feels like I’m on a boat,he said yeah,i guess it works differently with some people
There are different types of MS ranging from less severe (relapsing remitting) to more aggressive (primary progressive) There is definitely a broad spectrum of how it presents depending where the lesions are. It sucks

In 2016 she passed away in Ojai, CA During that time it took me 5 years to get her diagnosed.......My question to everyone. Is why you would decide to put her business out there. @maribelle7673. It's not about having money for stuff. My Sister was diagnosed with MS a year ago. She experiences awful back and leg pain, as most of her lesions are in her back. She has a sit down shower stool, but there are days she cannot walk to use it. The pain that MS sufferers can be unbearable to them.

My point is that a shower is not the only means of cleansing. There are bed baths that can be done with assistance of loved ones or home care professionals. There are cleansing cloths that can be used, etc. Christina can afford certain resources that others may not. I'm sure Christina has utilized other alternatives to cleansing besides getting in/out of a shower, but these headlines are misleading.

Who am i to even guess her reasons. But, hygiene is very important. MS patients suffer "attacks" that we are not aware of. My Sister experienced "stinging skin". No amount of lotion, vaseline could bring her relief.😢 She is 6 years younger, and it is so heartbreaking to watch. She takes so much prednisone for her inflammation. But, we ensure that she stays bathed, and I have given her bed baths. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Excuse my rant. Peace🕊✝️

Not to minimize her condition but it appears her condition is not physiological.

People have different degrees of MS. I've know two, one was completely bedridden and the other one is still works and is functional as normal with some limitations. My dad has parkinson and is considered "well functional", even though I personally see a lot of difference from the father I used to know.

Bathing is a "B" with MS. I bath about twice a week, and it is a chore.
But we were told it was safe and effective.
