The $300 cost for slide optic milling I refer to in this video was the cost a few years ago when I was looking to have it done to my Gen 5 G19. It was a fairly new service at the time so it was more expensive and harder to find. I'm aware that it's less expensive nowadays.
If you're used to doing precision fabrication in any way, I would recommend a p80 frame. I was able to hold a much better tolerance compared to milspec.
I wouldn't worry about dry firing your edc, will just break in the gun, but if you are worried for some reason just use a snap cap and sell the extra gat for ammo ! or something even more important
What kind of magwell do you have on your newest combat armory frame? i have one and i got a magpul magwell but the hole on the frame is bigger then the magpul magwell bolt
I have a Magpul GL Enhanced Magwell on one and an off-brand metal magwell on the other that I bought on Amazon. The Magpul screw fit just fine for me though.
@@theBnoJ that’s what I was saying if you can purchase a MOS and pay for an optic sorry there’s nothing budget about that!! Budget would be stock sights and an Amazon flashlight 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks, my dude. Prices for mill cuts have definitely come down. When I was looking for that service for my G19 a few years ago, it was more expensive because it was a fairly new thing and also harder to find.
Yea. They even have desktop cnc mills that’ll do it in your house… but those cost like $3k. - The tech out there is getting better and smaller. In 5-10 years, you’ll be able to build a Glock from scratch at home lol.
Ok! I'm in CA and I think this is a brilliant idea if I ever get a Glock 19. I at least want that Glock Knuckle feeling out so an undercut is a must. I have BIG hands and fingers despit me being 5 feet 4 inches tall.
You clearly didn’t look very hard because I know locally in Utah I can get a cut and cerekote for 175-200 bucks. So you don’t need a plate. I think that’s worth it for a gen 5 Glock 19.
The prices for mill cuts have definitely come down in the past couple of years. But when I looked for that service a few years ago, it was fairly new so it was more expensive and harder to find.
I would never. I buy glocks for the reliability Once you start messing with it. Changes the reliability. And you can buy a shadow system for less then you did that gun with
@@billtaylor1656 I have not ventured in CZ firearms yet because they look weird on grip angle for my taste. A friend of mine has been convincing me to get a CZ. I feel like Glocks have more aftermarket parts than CZ. Glocks for me are like the Honda Civic of gun world and the CZ is the Buick Regal.
How did you reach your conclusions? He doesn't do any shooting in this video. He doesn't talk about tactics in this video. He never mentions what range he goes to. The title of the video is literally budget edition Glock 19, not very fancy. What training classes have you went to you would recommend for him to improve his skills?
Yeah dude did u not get some last night I have almost the exact same gun in sniper green ..... I also have a 4000 ar and many to boot ... When a American company does great things like PSA we Americans need to support that they are doing more for our 2a rights them most others combined so ha e a nice day dude lol

Have you tried any gen 3 beaver tails on this frame?
Which silencer do you use, homie?
New sub! Love the content, homie. Chill and humble. Love it.
Thanks for the sub!

I have a full-size P80 build. Possibly a future Ultimate Build Series episode 😉
isnt sct the same thing practically
Pardon my ignorance, but for California regulations, if I make one do I need to register it somewhere ?
What's the optic on the dry-fire gun? I don't have Trijicon money.
Zulisy Oak
Nice build! Where did you get the LPK?
Ebay
Where did you get that oem lpk from?
Ebay
What kinda ammo have you been shooting out of that build?
At the range, 115gr or 124gr FMJ target ammo, nothing fancy. For EDC I use Magtech HP.
The combat armory frame is pretty nice. In my opinion at least.
I have the same combat armory ca19 what was the magpul number, I can't find one to fit. Thanks
Magpul GL Enhanced Magwell Gen 3

I've got a P320 build video, link below, and an AR15 build coming soon 👍

please invest into a lapel mic. would make your video 10x better. great work keep it up. i am a fan.
Working on it!
I'm in the same build. Complete frame/UPK/Rmr slide/barrel/sights/magwell for $250 that also includes the FFL fee.
Nice!
Can't get a combat atmory frame if you live in NY states they won't ship it to your FF
sct is basically the same thing
Combat armory frames are on sale rn for 24.99…blem tho but act fast
I wish they had different colors and full-size options.
@@joeknowstactical same. Would love one in FDE
carry cut rmr cut no windows complete w/barrel 190.00
Just snagged one of these blem frames. 30 after shipping. No brainer this build looks awesome and PSA has this same slide for under $200 right now
@@Butch.Ernestai already got one. I ordered another and might get one more 😂😂😂 make a 19, 23, and a 32 🤷🏾♂️
Why stock trigger?
It was the most reliable and least expensive way to go, imo.
Sweet video man! The combat armory frame with the SWR slide looks sick!
True budget Glock would not have an optic and be rocking an Olight!!!! 💯
There's nothing budget about an RMR

You pretty much paid the same price as a glock plus the optic adds more
300? For slide milling? You must’ve never heard of Wager
