My friend has two OCs (siblings) and while we were playing the Oregon trail (conveniently because I watched TTO) they kept getting bit by snakes. One of them got bit by a snake MULTIPLE TIMES in each play through we did. And the other sibling kept dying of dysentery. Along with “what’s that wormy thing on the ground- _its giving me its lifejuice”_ we also came up with “MOM IT’S MY TURN ON THE BRAIN CELL”. That’s all I could think of when I read this.

i always have jeffs "I'll be the one who plunders her cave of wonders" from twisted in my head. and also the "I've seen it with my own eyes ooooh aaaah oooo" from ani and the problem with the latter is i had it in my head after i saw ani for the first time but only the ooh aah ooh part and couldn't remember the words to the song or what song it was in general but couldn't google it because i had no words in my head

The Wii Shop music used to play on repeat in my head whenever I zoned out. Now it's just a constant loop of "Gay bus! The gay gay bus! Gay bus! The gay gay bus!"
These are all very well and good but if you do ever make a part 2, I'm recommending the "I wanna be somebody's buddy" riff. That thing just burrows into your brain and refuses to leave. It's like the entire apotheosis condensed into a 4 part harmony.
Side note: I honestly don't think I have ever related to a single thing this much. And personally, I can't express strongly enough how glad I am that I'm not the only one who gets Joey's TTO blooper stuck in their head...

It became a huge meme, it truly was a weird time to be a Starkid fan
That was actually what introduced me to starkid. I was like "low budget musical about not wanting to work? Sign me up!" So I found it and was so impressed by the signing and how hilarious it was I fell in love. So while firebringer might not be their best musical, and "I don't wanna do the work today" is a little over done now it still holds a lil place in my heart. But the way Chorn G O E S O F F at the end really helps with that
