Sick Week Day 2 brings on the hardships for these racers. Not only were there some troubles on the road, but the real troubles were at the track. Plenty of cars breaking during their runs and those who did run successfully had a hell of a time doing so. Many of the big power cars made pass after pass trying to get a clean run. We hope tomorrow some good luck comes their way!

Also, Jeff Lutz one handing a mini impact while simultaneously doing an interview and taking off valve covers proves that he's been doing this for a very long time 🤣🤣
Still getting the pattern right for proper seal dude is the man
@@yurmom131 Been a Fan of Jeff for a long time... Dude is seriously awesome. He is like Brent, how can you not like the guy.
yeah, he really sold that over-block work tray - if i had a drag car that would be the next thing on my list!
He was installing not removing.
Muscle memory and repetition are your friends.
(THIS COMMENT MAY BE STUPID!) It seems like the cars that have "bump" buttons have trouble with rocking back and forth after they are staged. I feel like if the car is sitting still when you let go of the button, it has a better chance of hooking? Am I wrong?
That little “kid” (crew chief I think is his nickname now) is really impressive at how well he talks and handles himself as a young man.
He’s got a huge future in racing!
Man he's been doing drag-n-drives with his dad for quite a few years. This is the first one he could do by himself.
@@ClimptonDiddlehopper Yeah I’ve seen him over the years! Even years ago he was pretty mature for his age(which was like 14).
Did that kid mean 6.21 or actually 5.21? Either one props to that kid for going that fast at how ever old he is.
@@mr.masonpants6637 lol as much as that would be cool if think he meant 5.21 to the 1/8 mile
Still fast but yeah not a 3-4K hp 6-second car
@@bigbrown2690 Damn, I wish to now. But that still is very good for a 6 second car.
Happy Birthday Fred
Happy Birthday Indeed!
Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday Fred!
That 1st interview with Jeff, just boltin down a rocker cover while having a conversation without even looking. What a legend!
6.29 for the snot rocket on radials is super impressive 💯
New set up too right ? Bigger turbos
ya that cars insane
It's literally just a radial car. 10.5 radial cars are all that fast
@@lanegeisewite1436Yet no radial car is close to Brett and he is fighting with a Promod
@@MrIZZIT U obviously haven't been to a radial vs the world race. U think the shitang isn't a tube chassis car uh 🤣🤣
I love jeff lutz so much. Hes old school cool. The fact that he brought a top of the line promod on sickweek is so cool. And it really goes to show you that no matter what you got you are going to have problems with an event like this. And the fact that he stayed till the bitter end shooting for it was amazing.
No idea how that car is road legal. It wouldn't be allowed near a road over here in the UK
@@manfacilitymetalworks1296look up red victor 2, I’d a mid 7 second street legal Vauxhall victor that is street legal and fully caged etc
@@manfacilitymetalworks1296 We don't really check in America. Half the cars on the road are missing emissions controls, mufflers or catalytic converters, but no one cares.
Every vehicle over here has a MOT inspection every year unless its under 3 years old or over 40 with no modifications done within 25 years. We can't get away with it :(
And Florida is very loose on State Inspections.@@FuckGoogle502
1320 Definitely needs to make ut a point to interview Billy and the "old man" from SRC (street race channel) on their first ever drag & drive event. They are loving it and will definitely be doing more.
I've been seeing them in the videos here n there
I came here to comment the same thing. They definitely need to do an interview with Billy and the whole crew. Big fan of all 3 channels, src, omg, and gen 2 garage
19:19 that a duramax Fred!! Silly guy. Great video coverage as always!❤️❤️🇺🇸🤘🏻😎
The fact that we have high 5/low 6 second street cars will never not be wild to me. Like 220mph+ in the quarter. What a time to be alive!
It’s cool seeing Alex Taylor (and “Crew Chief”) grow up still racing in these faster cars and enjoying everything
00:50 This guy managed the Koenigsegg Jesko prototype build, if you doubt his abilities….
Unreal! Makes sense as to how insane that car is!
Bret Lasala out here representing us Coyote cars whooping big blocks in a little 302.
That car is dialed… one of the most impressive performers in the field.

His last video he was saying how it has a stock 5.2 predator block and stock gt350 heads with a stock crank yeah it's a "super special combo" he was claiming more OE Ford parts than aftermarket he just knows how to run it really well.
That young man that was talking about eltoro is awesome. It's great to see the youth of today have interest in the sport.
He's 16 and he's been doing drive-and-drive events since he was like 12. One of the most knowledgeable mechanics out there!
Unsung love to the tracks, it’s gotta be a ton of work to maintain cars running these power levels.
Luv the Aussie 'Shoebox/Showboat" Nova,, just jok'n about the showboat,, he didn't intend to have the nose point toward the stars BUT it looked doggoned cool! 🙂
Bradenton really needs to relocate a few light poles. They block the timing boards.
Duramax diesel in a Chevelle* lol But we love you Fred!!
what’s better is it says duramax on the plate to lol
The swede vette is badass. That sht is on a rail. No drama, just go.
The Swedes are on another level, man, the Stockholm Open is one of the wildest street races in the world
Maaaan please get the SRC and or Old man Garage guys on an interview. They are local heroes here in Ohio.
SRC/OMG! Their end of the track video on day one was kick ass!!
And that 55 is a looker too!
shut up…

Nothing like getting home from work and watching an hour of sick week action. Thanks 1320videos.
Love the coverage!! Please keep this beautiful show going!!
Hell ya Canadian Chuck Norris 🇨🇦😎. Way to represent , that’s real drag and drive right there. -14 to +70 and clickin off the miles 👏. He should win an award for completing such a crazy task at those kinda power levels and times .
Everyone else worries about the drive, the gto just out for a Sunday drive
Love hearing the track prep with all the foot steps lol
Congrats to tha 'SnotRocket' Mustang for break'n into the 6:20's for a NEW PB!!
Brent and the boys are so dialed and consistent.Defonetly one of the best teams out for years now! Thanks for the coverage as usual bros!Fred killing it as always!DED REAR ALBERTA 🇨🇦!
Bro imagine if the Ram Van was 4x4! That thing boogies!
Alex I’m not crying 😂
Whoooo hooooo!!! Thank you brother. Following sick week thanks to 1320🎉. All the way from South Africa 🇿🇦
It was nice and good of you to stop and help that racer who ran out of gas, you guys are all right in my book.
Canadian Chuck Norris is the Steve Martin of Sick Week
Could you please interview and seek infos about some of the Beetles/Bugs that are racing?
Same for the Yellow Thing at 43:49?
You tell em Fred!!
They don't know what cold is!!
Greetings from Minnesota!!
VW Fred let’s get a run down on that Beetle. Please and thank you :)
@23:11,, it's good to see the square body diesel power Chev pickup again.
That gtr shifting sounds brutal love it
Great coverage as usual, guys. Love the way you keep us up with the top competitors. That's why 1320 is the best. No matter what you cover.
1320 and Fred y'all rock! I saw in the comments where someone was saying that it was your birthday,Fred,if so, Happy Birthday! Peace
I love when Fred tells people their times or speed, he’s always almost right haha
After watching several *big-tire rigs:* Started wondering about slick tire surface composition and this tracks prep. formula. One driver said he changed his rear tires to a new set which the brand starts with the letter “H”, went down this track better / fine. Might have been one other change also. Very interesting.
To all the driver's stay safe and stay bless
That black -65 GTO is so cool!
Big inch boosted motors, simple can’t hook .
The coyote mustang launches a bit lazy, then turns it on!!!
That’s the key to hooking up, in a drag and drive car!!
Super impressive for stock block coyote!!!
I love that little Triumph Spitfire, can't be much of that car left underneath lol.
Wonder if anyone has ever ran a TR6 or GT6 as a drag car...
Canadian chuck norris is my hero :D
Watching people struggle at this track really shows how tough this week can be.
I would also love to interview Alex Taylor every possible chance I could.
Alex is like an old friend of this channel. 1320 have pretty much followed Alex racing adventures since she showed up for her first Drag Week at the age of 16, with mom as co-driver. Surely people want to interview Alex, since she's generelly popular and always good on camera.
Great coverage and great turnaround time!
No such a shame about crew chief Blaine and his dad are such a fan favorite Plus that veil side FD should not be on a dragstrip that is too nice to be sent down the track and a big congrats To Brett in the snot rocket 6:29 I still cannot believe that is a stock block coyote. it’s just incredible How reliable that thing is at that power level crazy
Fred - Great coverage ! You do such a great job, Really appreciate all your hard work. A+
Can you guys interview new folks like the honda that went 8.8 today ..... Also thank you for the awesome content!!!
I'm just going to jump in here and add my two cents for a second. I just wanted to say, there is no substitution for being at a drag race event in person, but this is supremely awesome and its own way because this is almost better than a pit pass for those of us that can't get to a race.
If you need larger headed rivets in an emergency you can put a washer either side !
So I was watching the black dodge diesel but hey let's hear it for a 10sec.VWbug in the right lane huh? That's fn crazy! Also let's hear it for Jackstand Jimmy that guy is a wheelman for sure.
Yeah, I don't understand their obsession with diesels, they're great for tow vehicles. I think there are 3 bugs and one Karman Ghia racing.
Yes that dude in the black dodge seemed like a real douche bag anyway...I wish Fred would cover the VWs...love those things
Bro I work at the Enclave! Sad I missed the cars coming through. Would have been so cool to see some of those guys
Glad to see jeff back in drag and drive. I was bummed he was out for 8 years.
Out of all the cars there, you'll show the same ones day after day. Just the top guys the hurst see it before An Alex tater cleatus, like we all don't watch third channels too.
More Of the whole event would be great
spelling is hard…
@@jacob1423 Yeah, I know right talking text. But the bigger question is, why do you feel you need to comment this?
You have way too much time on your hands are and you actually read it and replied nothing to the point. I'm making which tells me that I am right
1320's also an EXTREMELY Chev centric channel. Fifty Fox Mustangs, and they don't even follow ONE, for example, it's pathetic !!
James able to feel a 2mph difference at 160mph?
Awesome video. Thank you for all of YOUR work keeping us in the loop!!
Nope, haven’t seen a Cummins in a Chevelle. But I will say I’ve now seen a Duramax. 😂 We’ll just blame that on sleep deprivation Fred! 😂
I love the swedish Corvette. It's always an edgy pass. A wild ride for sure 😅
Idk how bradenton did their prep for sick week. But theyre usually heavy on it. Real good radial track, their preps usually tiiiight. Radials like that shit, big slick on the other hand not so much.
Also, great coverage on sick week Fred and 1320
Love all the content of all the different builds. Just gets old seeing pro-mods.
Same. I'd rather watch the homemade goofy shit that really shouldn't be at a strip
That radial prep was tearing those big tire cars up lol.
Dude right on!!!!! Yall be uploading right before lunchtime 👌👌👌🔥🔥🔥🔥 phone is on the cluster and volume on blast 😎
Richard Guido doesn't drive to the checkpoints...the checkpoints drive to him
Love that I watched 20+ passes in the time it took me to tale a # 2... hahaha
Dude that crew chief kid is way cooler than me. Little dude has a bright future in big power cars. 😂
(THIS COMMENT MAY BE STUPID!) It seems like the cars that have "bump" buttons have trouble with rocking back and forth after they are staged. I feel like if the car is sitting still when you let go of the button, it has a better chance of hooking? Am I wrong?

I use to laugh at the manual trans fan boys but it truly is so much more real race car. You can go fast. I have a c7z manual. Mostly stock power wise and I actually have fun trying to get it down the strip. 11.3 never felt so satisfying lol. Go manual supra guy!!!
Every time that gray wagon pulls up I keep thinking it's Cletus and mullet haha
You show tons of awesome vehicles but seem to focus in on only a few racers over and over and over. A little more diversity would be nice IMO.
TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU !!
I agree. There's clearly 100's of cars there. I'm interested in the low budget barn builds
One of the best ways to spend my birthday! Watching 1320 Sick Week!
That's a sweet v8 Cummins Fred
18:10. That orange chevy 2 is so beautiful

Working at a holiday inn in wv and we have a pair of mustangs from Canada in the lot I’m hoping to see in the videos
Fred and Alex, sittin by the tree 🎶 😂
44:56 Jeff Lutz’s car looks different when he takes off those big tires.
Great coverage..Love Jeff Lutz..
Damn, I thought Bradington was going to be really good sucked for the big tire guys. Love the coverage 1320 rocks.
I figured the same. It typically seems their prep is top notch.
It was really good, but slick cars don’t really like good prep
The problem was the track prep was TOO good. Too much bite for those big tires, causing hella tire shake.
@@DrezKill seems like such a hard thing to balance
@@DrezKill that being said. I am just an enthusiastic fan of drag racing
The swedes corvette is clearly broken.. They might have got it to go straight a few times but something is very broken. He almost hit the tree wall ffs. Take that thing off the track before they hurt someone or themselves. Its always been violent, this is different
Lol
Hearing that supra in the backround when he was talking to blaine
None of those big-tire cars were ready for BMP's insane track prep!
We want to see that big yellow dragster/hill climb looking thing go down the track
Yea, watching Mr Lutz one hand that tool was great!
The supra guy around 14min was a really good guy for sharing 👏
I’m new to drag racing, and I was wondering, the slick tire cars were having a tough time of it due to the prep being too tight for them, meaning the track had too much grip, so my question is why continue to do the big burnout, rolling through it, instead of doing what a lot of the small tire cars were doing burnout wise?
Fred just solving the problem for them straight away 50:16
What a perfect day to watch this great video
The Cummins in the chevelle is a duramax lol
6:02 bumped in so hard the back wheels hopped up lmao
Thanks team for the great footage!
