You can unlock Sweet Tooth with a cheat code actually. For PS1 it's UP, L1, Triangle, Right on the player select screen. For PC first you have to type "glorious" and then "icecream". To unlock Minion on PS1, it's L1, Up, Down, Left on the player select screen. For PC, you need to type "glorious" and then "bigboy"
