After watching your video, I wrote down your ingredients and compared them with hers. It was then that I caught the mistake I was making. I was using double the amount of butter. You listed yours's in grams. That was a light bulb moment. Needless to say, my cookies came out beautifully. I'm a fan for life thank you so much. Oggi ho provato a fare queste tue biscotti di ricotta e non sono venute bene per niente ho fatto preciso come hai spiegato tu nel video appena messo nel forno dopo 10 minuti si sono tutti afflosciati non saprei il perche'
