Great video man. Having played all 3 of these builds extensively I can confirm that frost nova is peak cold sorc for mapping. Frozen Orb and Ice Barrage are way safer for HC and I usually start the season with one of those then transition to frost nova once I have good gear. I didn't try the Skull Collector setup this season but I know some HC sorcs had success with it. Looks great and quite safe with the gg merc setup, even without being able to block.
Yeah as a HC player I would have no issues playing frost nova once you get the merc setup. 200fcr might be too greedy until you can get the GG corrupts like 2x fcr sojs.
The -% dmg from teleport probably far outweighs the dmg bonus from 10 or so points in one frost nova synergy. I would guess that the frost nova build would be faster with pts in teleport. Since you do most of the damage in the first second when the dmg penalty from teleport is active.
I think for season 9 Combustion sorc with a similar setup to this cold sorc is the defacto "speed clear" sorc build. The reason i chose cold is it is more flexible than fire for doing LOD content such as rushes.
Is this classic version? As in you own the disc? If so thank you. It's so difficult to find the original non-DRM version where the female characters are still lovely. I own my classic disc version and only care about that with PlugY. Remastered it myself with mods and simple GPU control panel options. No worries about server/internet issues. No in-game ads thank God.

I even have maxed Teleport on my FOrb, tho I'm not playing max energy build.
Gotta say. Frostnova looks far better.. I’m surprised that skullcollector is favored whit the new Ormus fcr. Gotta try it out
Bone armor just synergizes so well with energy shield. It basically makes you immune to physical damage.
Okay one question: if you dont need the fcr (from ormus), is there a better alternative for your body armor?
I like the extra casts. But there are tons of options. The chest slot is flexible use it to fill what you're missing.

this is a modded version of diablo as well. called Project Diablo 2, highly recommend :)
