      @BigDunker345 9 лет назад +1

      ***** holding his sprint for 30 m is not gonna really put his hamstring at risk over him striding, if he were to hurt it, it would happen in the beginning or after the raced finished and he was slowing down

    • @100m200m400m
      @100m200m400m 9 лет назад +13

      Alex Davis lol bruh. The amount of times I've pulled my hammy meters before the finish line is too damn high. At this point he's at full extention and starting to fatigue and lose form/possibly overstride, by relaxing when he feels tight he's for sure limiting his risk of injury. Ur way more likely to get injured mid race than at the start, there's no risk of overstriding at the beginning of the race because you're still low in drive phase position. Pretty sure Bolt wouldn't lie about why he slowed down, he obviously felt something

    Ashmeade always try to run all out. You've to pace yourself in the 200m.

    • @therealg4197
      @therealg4197 4 года назад

      Lool not pace it’s an all it race .Ashmeade gets too tight and doesn’t stay relaxed which causes fatigue

      @@therealg4197 you obviously no nothing about sprinting, you cannot run a 200m all out. Science proves that you can only maintain top speed up to 5 seconds and then you decelerate. You either need to run at 80% for the first 50m and then run all out for the rest of the race, or run 100% for the first 70m, float from 70m to 110m and then reaccelerate to run 100% for the remaining 90m. If you try to run 200m all out, you'll slowly begin decelerating after the first 100m and then gas out by the 150m mark completely. After that you'll be running on fumes and tie up speeding up your deceleration much faster and therefore making it easy for people to pass you from behind. This is exactly what took place with Ashmead.

      Exactly, he never learns his lesson, this is why he never made the podium in the 200m.

      Kristoffer McCarthy you fucking idiot . I used to run track . When we say all out .We mean there are no phases .There is no float phase in a 200 dont even piss me off dude just stfu . You literally push till the end

    • @therealg4197
      @therealg4197 4 года назад

      Kristoffer McCarthy please don’t talk about sprinting ever in your life again . I ran track in major competitions.So I know wtf I’m saying. Don’t just say shit you do not know .Its not a fucking 400. You run all out. The reason why people pass some others is because they have better sprint endurance and cause some people lose their form in the last 100 . I have times in the mid 10s and high 20s so please don’t spread misinformation here
