Hey guys, an alternative to 15T sprocket is the 39T rear sprocket and rear wheel hub combination of the NS200 which you can fit on your duke200 to increase the top speed.
what is 15T is this 150 🥲i am getting too much frustate just because of top end speed of duke 200 its just 134 i feel shameful when my bike lost the drag battle from other bike due to this 😢 please tell me what should i do to increase my duke 200 speed
@@Wolff_ryder_vlogs 15T means 15 tooth sprocket, u don't get that sprocket in India as Aliexpress is banned, also if ur Duke 200 is an abs model, powertronics and ns200 39 tooth rear sprocket is the only way to increase top speed

@@Wolff_ryder_vlogs if you have the 39t u don't require the 15t, 39t is the alternative to 15t, if u have abs in ur bike this method from this video won't work for u cause this is meant for non abs bikes

Chain Sprocket setup is 520 15t-42t, ratio is 2.8!
Don't know sprocket brand, had got it from Aliexpress

i have a duke 200 2013 and a 14t 39t combo. the swing arm protection must be replaced every 8000 km because the chain is too close. and the chain is full of plastic shavings from the swimgarm guard. I want to try a 15t now

Yes correct, stock rear sprocket, custom 15t front sprocket and disabled speed lock

Check out the fz25 as well if u want good power and built quality also, only thing missing is a 6th gear, but the top end of all 3 bikes is almost same. Mt15 is bit small, takes a while to pick up speed above 100kmph, but gives a very good mileage and stuff. Duke200 i feel is overpriced, but it has good power and built quality

This does not harm any part of the bike. Pickup has decreased very slightly, not very noticeable, mileage will remain same, depends on riding style.
But where did uh find the 15t sprocket...or from which bike is direct fitted to duke 200??

Hi Cool videos man. I am planning to install 15T sprocket & plug in a racing CDI on my NS200. Will it be a good performance upgragde? I know I'll have to do frequent oil changes & get rid of stock air filter. But anymore tips? Just want to make sure I don't blow up the engine assembly.
Installing a racing cdi won't increase the power of the bike, racing cdi just increases the rev limiter to 12k rpm, which in return just damages ur engine. After fitting a 15t sprocket and a racing cdi, ur bike will still struggle to cross 150 kmph as per speedo.
But still if u insist on fitting a racing cdi, u can do that. But keep either keep the sprocket setup same or fit the RS200 rear 41t sprocket for improved acceleration, cause anyway ur top speed will increase cause the rpm limit goes to 12k rpm. There is no possible way to increase performance of ns200 Carb version without damaging ur engine. Racing cdi u will never know, anything can happen at any moment when ur above 11k rpm

@@More2749X I would say 390 will beat the leo 500 in acceleration upto about 165kmph, after that I really don't know, but I feel the 390 will keep increasing the gap. I've riden the leo 500 upto its limit, as per gps the speed was only about 158 to 159kmph, whereas the 390 can do between 172 to 175kmph as per gps. Leo 500 is a very heavy bike, so even tho it has slightly more power and torque, it gives u the feeling of accelerating better than a 390, but in reality the 390 is faster
If you want some performance and u have bs4 ns u juzt try Bs3 ns 200 cdi & carburetor... Instead of NMW racing cdi...( don't do any changes in bs3 ns it's already a beast 🔥)

See both are good bikes, but one has more power and is slightly more expensive.
Maintenance wise Duke 200 is very cheap to maintain, even parts are cheap. Idk the service cost of Yamaha and their parts cost.
If u want better highway cruising, a more fun bike and good outright acceleration u can go for duke 200, but if u better mileage and u don't ride above 120 to 125kmph on highways and want a good commuter bike u can go for Mt15

I have rc 390 it's comes with 15tooth sprocket in front .. if I change rear sprocket to 39 tooth , How much top speed can I gain?? Please reply soon
Hey, the sprocket holes are different, the 39t doesn't fit directly to the rc390 hub, u will have to change the wheel hub and use ns200/RS200 wheel hub for it to adapt to 39t.
Also if u manage to fit 39t, your top speed will reach 190 to 198, but your bike will lose a lot of acceleration and may not reach that speed due to speed lock unless u r using Powertronics ecu, it's not recommended to make that much of difference in sprocket teeth, try with 42t of Duke 200 1st, u will gain approx 10kmph, but speed lock will interrupt

@@HamsterNeedWorld this is not my bike and this method only works on non abs Duke 200, not meant for 390, I have a Duke 390 as well, my top speed is 178
@@HamsterNeedWorld with 42t u will be able to hit 190+ if there is no speed lock, but only way to get a guaranteed speed increase is 42t sprocket plus powertronics ecu

Here's what your looking for, stock sprocket top speed.
With 15t acceleration decreased by 8 to 10%, but top speed increased to 151 as u saw in this video. Stock sprocket can do 142kmph as per speedo when speed lock is disabled

@@cah7925 you can't find the type of 15t sprocket that fits duke200 or ns200 anywhere in India, yes 390 gets 15t sprocket but the shaft design is different hence it won't fit, don't bother searching for a 15t instead what u can do is...
Buy ns200 rear sprocket 39T stock, and buy a rear wheel hub of ns200 as well on which the rear sprocket sits, and fit that setup on Duke 200 rear wheel, and ur done, top speed increased if u can disable ur speed lock

Why is the company not using this style of hardware changes as their default. Why do they wantedly reduce the top speed by providing limiter and different sprocket ?

Bro try Duke 200 without limiter vs ns200 top speed
We tried a short rolling race of the same, I was at 154kmph while slipstreaming with ns200 but Duke200 left me and went forward because ns200 154=140 as per gps and duke 200 151= 147 as per gps. Ktm has less speed errors.

I have seen a v3 showing 145 in Speedo and 130 in GPS so Good Luck with that.
R15 has a huge speedo error .ktm is near perfect with around 3 to 4 kmh error.
True, Bajaj bikes have 14kmph error at top speed, ktm has 4kmph error at top speed, and Yamaha r15v3 has about 8 to 9kmph error at top speed.
