I sincerely hope everyone who sees this understands that this is a step beyond incredible. Taj was able to take one of Carroll’s best songs... and create his own rendition that taps into the same emotion as the original. This kid is in a league of his own.

Creeping Death Yes just got back, things are much clearer now, seems to me that Eddie isn’t as good as I thought. Methinks Eddie should take some lessons from Max Osto. He certainly has no soul , just like Max.

Every time you post a new video, your speed and accuracy go through the roof! Yet you still ooze with passion and soul! That is TRUE musicianship. I've heard many a piece played with lightening speed and accuracy, from the classics to jazz and rock, which could have been done by a robot. Just remember Taj, that speed without soul or passion is just a noise. Keep the passion young man! 😎

I believe Taj is one of those rare people that can listen to something once and knows it. He then plays that same composition with the skill of a very gifted performer that has been playing for 30 years. If he can manage to stay grounded he is destined to possible be one of the best ever!

I watch a lot of kids playing instruments because it’s cool and gives you hope for the future of music, once we get past whatever it is that’s going on these days. Most kids on here are good for kids, some even really good for kids. The rarity is the kid that’s good for an adult. What’s even more rare and almost never seen is a kid like Taj that’s good for a top player. Yoyoko is like that on drums but Taj is probably the only young kid that could hang on any stage with anyone playing today, and not be out of place. That is beyond rare.

Other than the phenomenal talent, what I like best about your videos is: 1st, that you look so professional playing, but before and after you go right back to being a kid. Please never lose that! I'm 61 and I will never grow up, so I know how important that can be for a person. 2nd, that at least most start out in black and white and switch to color. Nice touch.
Taj, you got a new Kiesel. How did I miss that? I like the top finish. I like the purple, but I would have went for royal ebony instead of roasted maple on the fretboard. I like darker fretboards. And you like those headless models, don't you? Excellent work on this piece. The solo sections really showcased your technique bending to pitch. You have come a long way buddy. And your speed has vastly improved in the last 6 months. Both hands. It's been a joy watching you.
