Bhaji ka chaar- It is a gravy made of greens leaf 🍀 and Toor dal .It is basically oldest traditional recipe which is prepared mostly in South and North Karnataka.It is normally served with white rice or goes good along with Ragi ball.

for people living in other countries can you please make a video only of how to identify the bhaji. I searched online, chudi ki bhaji is called = Amaranth, Danth ki bhaji is called = Amaranth, and Math ki bhaji is called = Amaranth 🤣🤣 can you please show bhaji closely in video. Thankyou
