Sanctuary (ending) is much more impactful in 358/2 days in my opinion if you finish 2/do the games in order of release, once you heard Roxas says "maybe, today we'll finally hit the beach" you realize that he only has a few days left and his dream won't happen (ignore KH3 for now), and you know that because you played KH2 and learn some of him in this game, and that sentence hit you and broke your heart and cry, until KH3 finally got his wish.

I always cry when Sora and Kairi reunite. Because he looks up and you see Roxas and he's smiling and Namine is there AND SHE SMILING BACK AT HIM. And they are seeing each other again. And it hurts soooo much because you know they both deserve so much more than this. The ending feels so bittersweet.
