When u go to customization in the main menu, it has jukebox. From there u can change the music on whatever stage u wish to change.

As for ur question, I had her fan equip on her left hand, the Move Up/Down section is -8.
The Move Left/Right section is -4 and that’s it. The fan should be perfectly set on her left hand.
