I remember playing this map for the first time and realising you can kill the thieves before they open the doors to break up the waves of enemies. Because thieves are the only units that can open doors. If you kill the thieves the doors will never open. _Somehow,_ my brain managed to process that, but _never_ put it together that you could warp past the doors to avoid the first group of enemies entirely. Definitely gonna have an easier time with the map next time
Yes I recorded it, no I didnt do any skirmishes to grind, yes I used dlc (im not sure how possible it is Arts only without it), and yes its on maddening
Why I'm here, again: 50% for the music 50% for the funni builds and sfx I wonder if there's an archive of this playthough...I wanna know how those builds came online. I honest to god just rewarped twice with a dancer, goddess dance user, brave axe panette, and kagetsu to get to lumera on turn 1 too much effort to calculate if the units I send up will survive enemy phase tbh and lumera is squish enough that panette and kagetsu with dances can handle her whoever decided to split the party really just incentivized literally everyone to warp skip most of it, which is hilarious
And then there’s me who just warped Citrinne into the chaos, and because she had Soren, I let her just destroy everything. Typical spell casting day for the best lady.
I love wrap staffs. They make Camilla's BS frustrating chapter easy. Honestly I can handle the challenge it's just it took soooo long to do man. My least fun DLC ever, I do like her Soar Skill through.
that map indeed is so stupid. At the time I completed it I didn't like warp skipping maps becuase I felt it took away from the map but after that map I only look at warp skipping as a skill gap that I finally crossed and the last 4ish maps of the campaign I found a way to skip something every time. Normally just the last parts on maps when I just want to get past a blockade or about to hit the turn limit or reinforcements caught me off gaurd and are pissing me off
Other than the Entrap staff part, which I never thought to use, I have to assume this is the intended strategy, just because going through it without warps takes so long it's ridiculous.
@@banriswirl6414 eeh, it's a good class, especially for units who want S rank weapons and have the option to use em, but Great Knight, Royal Knight, and flying classes have more utility, depending on the unit.
@@matthewsimon6170 Great Knight loses a ton of speed in exchange for durability and two weapons. It's a fine class, but not something you'd want to put anyone on. Royal Knight is Lance only, and staves are great but you don't need that many stage users, and paladin's bars and growths are quite a bit better unless a unit has magic potential. Fliers have a lot of weaknesses, especially in Engage. They definitely aren't bad, but you have to play them more carefully than you have to play cavalry. Paladin is limited to one weapon type, but that's honestly not a big deal. If you just want your unit to be good at both killing and not dying, Paladin is genuinely excellent.
I just warp yunaka with corrin to the end with alear, have them solo all the enemies there while my other party members just defend themselves dragon vein too of course
I have literally never seen the dragon stone laser before now. I always warp my entire army to the center with rewarp and rescue and then after killing those enemies I warp to the end

the reinforcement in this s map is completely BS , i had timerra/ike with speedtaker holding like a true queen like 15 wyvern knights in the right side
Surprised you didn't just one-turn it. Did that on my last playthrough, if you astra storm an enemy in the middle room you can keep the + formation, dance the rewarper, then rewarp all 5 far enough where one unit can repeatedly one round lumera.
My first attempt i just warped to unite my units and proceeded up the left normally. Didn't work out by the time I got to the middle. Might try this instead lol.
First of all the fact that my switch died on my first try of this map right before the end of this map plus the fact I didn't think on either attempt to just warp everyone to one side then warp them past the doors, idk why tf I took the slow route just to warp past that last line of defense.
I just warped soren veyle into the main room and watched her kill everything v satisfying 10/10 (crit engraved obscurité with dragon unit soren is NUTS, tome crit rates DOUBLE)
Alcrest can be inconsistent, and depending on how you play, inconsistent can be unacceptable. If you're doing an iron man, nothing feels worse than watching someone die because Luna didn't proc. Also, Alcrest doesn't even get more consistent until the endgame.
@@banriswirl6414 Alcryst has high atk/spd/dex, he's always useful because those are the best stats for him. With a killer bow +5 he can easily reach 70% crit rate and he reaches 50 dex easily which mean he has 1/2 chance to activate Luna and he always hit because his dex is too high. It's a lot better than using Chloe who barely does damage in this video.
@@Yamanj23 yes, but that's a very end game build. He's not starting with 50 Dex. If you constantly rely on chances, even high chances, eventually you'll get unlucky. Anti flier options are rather plentiful, with wind tomes and all three default archers you get are solid in their own ways.
