I love that her expertise wasn't in rides and attractions, it was walkways, concession stands and public transport.
I think I'd prefer that kind of expertise if I ever went to didny worl
First rule of theme parks, always remember your pathways, public transport, and concessions, those will be extremely important to enjoy the park on repeat visits, forget the rides (excluding locations) so you can experience them like the first time everytime
You barely get to actually ride anything unless you stay 12 hours so it makes sense.

@@lsevent depending on the time of year you go, waits can be pretty low. Lowest for me was around August after kiddos go to school. The flight of passage ride was a walk on at some point. But then you have to watch out for the absolutely brutal heat & thunderstorm season.

Funny because Kiara have some similar nerd mode about talking or idol and hello project in general (it happens sometimes in SC reading)
Whether or not Gura was a tour guide there before or just a frequent visitor, she definitely loved it. She seems like one of those folks who still "believes in the magic". That is some legit childlike excitement when she talks about what she knows. I love hearing folks nerd out like that.
I visited Universal Studio Singapore, Disneyland HongKong, and DisneySea Japan. If those 3 are any indications, Disney theme parks are definitely one of the most atmospheric theme park. I am so impressed with how "gung-ho" the staffs are and how kind they are, and legit impressed that the park can keep that spirit up whole day, for days and weeks.

@@SufferingSuccotash oh I'm sure there are rules for it. But I'm still impressed with how the staffs actually following it in the face of seas of humans visiting the park. While I prefer Universal's attraction rides that usually last longer and more fun, I'm more impressed with how more atmospheric Disney's attractions are, especially with the staffs helping to keep up the atmosphere with the human pre-ride briefing.
Belive me, I always thought she has a childlike mind and spirit, and this just makes me think about it even more.
@@ArchusKanzaki The irony is that working at Disney Land is a really unpleasant experience, staff aren't treated very well and employee burnout is huge. They really are smiling through the pain.

Gura is not lying when she says Bus AC is Best AC. After walking around the parks in 90 degree Florida Humidity, getting on those buses with that blasting AC at 8 pm brings genuine memories back. I remember the windows fogging up heading back to resorts. Wow im old.
Dude, 4pm AC is a freaking bless! At that point you feel that your clothes have fused to your skin due to the sweat when you are out in the streets.
Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain are probably the best rides during when its hot cuz they have indoor queues lol

It wouldn't surprise me if Gura was a guide once. Disney hires hundreds of cleaning staff, guides, and character actors every year. Yes, you have to go to school to become Micky Mouse.
No chance Gura, a major shut-in, was a Disney tour guide. Just a huge fan, and her constant rambling is freaking adorable.

Having a cousin who worked at disneyland and has spent most of his childhood at the park, I felt exactly like Ina. I swear, he got the 999999 score once and I think I just barely got above 150000z

I'm willing to bet Gura lives or has lived in Florida. This, along with her apparently frequenting the beach enough to see shark egg sacks regularly all sounds incredibly Floridian to me.
As a Floridian myself, this kind of info sounds like a Floridian with an annual pass. To have this photographic memory of the parks is incredible. I'm not this way with Magic Kingdom, but I can walk around Disney Springs and Epcot without maps and never get lost.

As I person who doesn't really think about Disney but loves Gura, I kept thinking, "Omg Gura, shut up, but please continue. ." I am contradicting myself.
No thats exactly how i feel, I dont care for disney at all, but could have listened to a whole 2.5 hr audio book with 8d audio and no puncation as decided by other people if Gura was the one making it.

As a resident of Florida and someone who used to go to Disney world all the time when I was younger. This hits me in the nostalgia.
For the first time(to me) seeing Gura being smart, and chatty
gura is a legit prodigy lol. nobody else like her, and she knows how to work people.
Back at debut, her immediate size conversions to alligators, bananas and other random things were really weird. Then I found out she was spot on each time, and was amazed. Absolute madness.
For some odd reason, Gura just has an abundant amount of information about the most random things, and the fact that she's so passionate about them is just so adorable.

Gura actually is pretty smart to be honest. I know chat likes to make fun of her for her math but she even proved she could do math when she actually tried, it was just those small in the moment scenarios that caused people to consider her stooped. I'm not saying she's a genius but she's definitely not even close to as dumb as she's portrayed.

Reason I say Floridian is because basically nobody has park knowledge like that except the ones that work there or go there a lot. And the only ones that go multiple times per year for many years are locals for the most part.

@@danielcesar664 Funny you should ask. One of them loves Disney all the more and is as excited as Gura is whenever we go. The other ended up hating Disney but it's funny because when I come to visit, he reluctantly joins us so I kinda make fun of him and call him a secret Disney Tsundere, lol.
