Pekora reverting to "Korone-senpai" most likely has to do with them being together live, people tend to lose their confidence to keep up the names they adapted from online interactions to their irl encounters.
Or it's scripted. Which it is pretty much always.

It's easy to forget that behind the bouncy war criminal exterior, Pekora is actually incredibly shy and introverted. And Korone being a huge nickname generator (Miko-miko, Mio-sha, etc.) and fairly insistent on folks not using honorifics with her if they know each other well, she hooked onto Pekora being a bit overly polite and immediately applied pressure to crack her shell back open. It's both funny and also quite wholesome, she wants to make sure that Pekora's equally comfortable with her whether they're collabing IRL or streaming from their own places.

I know they are joking around, but Korone can seriously be terrifying and she definitely shocked Pekora back when she first said "Koro-san." I'm so glad this got worked out and Pekora can feel more at ease with Korone. Hopefully they collab again soon! :)
