- Utah Jazz power forward Derrick Favors shoves Denver Nuggets center Mason Plumlee which sparks an altercation between the two teams. Both Favors and Plumlee are ejected. During the confrontation, Nikola Jokic leaves the Nuggets bench which may put him at risk of a one-game suspension.

Hoop City Mixtapes you trippin. Plumlee got pushed twice and whacked in the head by crowder. That's what started it. Plumlee shouldn't have escalated it but there's no doubt that the Jazz were rowdy that game. Later on Crowder was yappin at Jokic and both nearly got into a fight again. The entire Utah Jazz organization are punks and they know it, especially the fans.

@@lj5660 Jokic having a "bad game" is apparently one where he gets 28 points 21 rebounds and 6 assists I guess. The atmosphere of the Jazz is always toxic. Listen to any NBA player interview about Utah fans. There are plenty of well documented stories involving the N word being thrown constantly at players and even more demeaning insults. The toxicity of the arena feeds into the play style of the team. Not the players' fault really, but you can see the aggression resulting in nearly two fights. Watch the clips, Crowder was mouthing off to Jokic and hit Plumlee on the way down from the block.

From what I saw in the slow motion replay, Plumlee did a little shove on Favors first and that's what made Favor grab his arm and toss him aside. Favors shoved Plumlee later to get him out of his face and then all hell broke loose. I believe the double ejection was warranted.
yes, there was a shove or elbow from plumlee first. I am not sure if it was enough to warrant the action by favors.
