🔸 Ingredients ⬇️
- 22 oz Cooked Rice
- Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Jinga Bibimbap Vegetables
- 5 Kimbap Ham Strips
- 5 Pickled Radish Strips
🔸 Gochujang Beef ⬇️
- 13 oz Ground Beef
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Green Plum Syrup
- 1 ½ tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Big Green Onion, chopped
- 3 ½ tbsp Gochujang
🔸 Directions ⬇️
1. Add ground beef, soy sauce, plum syrup, minced garlic, honey, and chopped big green onions in a bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Drizzle cooking oil to a pan and add the beef and gochujang. Stir-fry over medium heat. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens.
3. Combine the gochujang and beef mixture from step 2 with sesame oil and rice thoroughly.
4. Lay the seaweed sheet and spread the rice evenly on it. Then add the gochujang meat filling, Jinga bibimbap vegetables, kimbap ham, and pickled radish strip on top. Roll up the kimbap, brush the outside with sesame oil, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Then, sprinkle sesame seeds and it’s all done!
