For this specific BB54 homage, I think I would choose the WatchDives one. The Cronos faux patina is too yellow (from what I’ve seen in photos or videos). The Addiesdive’s glass has a very heavy blue AR coating. The Militado color in the markers and hands doesn’t match. The WatchDives seems to me like the better option and, having a quartz movement, it’s also cheaper. Still, I will pay more for a San Martin watch. Sure, they’re not perfect and they’re more expensive but when I wear them, I do feel like I’m wearing a much more expensive watch and so far, they haven’t disappointed me.
I have the cronos pepsi gmt, thinking about grabbing this one. I don't really see the issue with the dial, maybe I'm missing something. Do you know of other cronos/san martin type divers on the jubilee? Looking to pick up a diver on that bracelet, but both of the submariner types only come on oyster. Thanks for the review!
The best jubilee that I have experience so far is from Octopus Actually by far. But its on their Rolex DateJust homage fluted bezel. For Divers, I think cronos is good choice.
I have this 54 on Jubilee and its insane how well this watch wears. I also own Tudor BB58 Blue and Tudor BBHeritage 41 Black/Blue. Build on this watch is nuts and has presence that some of the San Martin watches lack. I wear the Cronos often to keep the wear down on the Tudor watches and don't feel like its a huge downgrade in wrist presence.
@@pmolitierno Nice! I ended up picking up this cronos on jubilee, I was blown away yesterday when I got it. The case shape/bezel/general finishing on the watch has me very impressed. They really punch above their weight with these.
Cronos watches such. I bought a submariner and tried to email them and they never got back to me. I will never buy another watch from them. You buy cheap., you get cheap. I got my call from AD and love my Rolex submariner Starbucks. To hell with Cronos…..
Thank you, I recently got into Chinese watches, so just trying out stuff. I have few seikos, and some micro brands in my main collection. I will do collection video may be sometime later, when i get better making videos. I don't have an Instagram, I am planning to create one.
I’ve almost bought this one a few times
Hi James! Great to see you here, thanks for watching! Always enjoy your content!
Really bad review. 90% front view of the watch. Try different angles

San Martin is definitely the best one.

Why review the old version? The L6033 is out since late August with much better specs.
I didn't know they had a newer version, I purchase this watch in August.
@@hourhandnoors ahh that is always a pitty when you make your purchase just a little while before an update. But it is a really cool watch anyways ✌️
That's the best looking bb58 homage
It is a good looking watch!

What was the problem with the watch you got from them ?
@@hourhandnoors it would not wind. Sounds like crap 💩
@@JohnnyBeans-w9k that sucks. But congrats on your Rolex 👍🏼🙂
Islamuddin, it looks like you have a very respectable watch collection 👍🏼. Do you have an Instagram account that I could follow?
