Siracha isn’t really that hot when u make your own pepper sauce. I mean hell there’s a really simple method of making some. U heat up some oil and pour it in some chili flakes. And then u let that cool, and that’s pretty much it add some other stuff if you want.

Im not gonna lie at first when i saw people on youtube eats something with this, they said its so spicy but when i tasted it for the first time not gonna lie its not spicy at all like ive adding that shit to my food like many times but its not spicy at all

I’m pretty sure they skipped the part where they add their signature flavoring.. because I know sriracha isn’t only jalapeños peppers, salt and vinegar. I love Sriracha in my ramen noodles.

The original Thai Sriracha is also not that hot. The main purpose is to get chili flavor, not much the hotness.

Sriracha is a type of sauce originated in Thailand. There are many brands of Sriracha especially in Thailand.
It originally was actually just a chilli sauce produced in the province Sriracha in Thailand but people added and changed many recipes and mass produced it in other countries So the name sriracha is not actually the name of the sauce but the place that originated the sauce

Kirandeep Kaur actually dont get ur hopes up.. its just a modern fad with armies of hipsters praising its name, just coz they saw it on some popular cooking show, or they prob read they fav hipster icon loves it.. its overrated, has a bad flavour complex (very processed) and is barely spicy at all.. like u could eat it straight if u somehow used to spicy food. So tbh there are waaaay better sauces out there.. this is like heinz ketchup of hot sauces..
