Lienzo tries to be a sustainable and ecological restaurant, trying to use all products of the Valencian community, ecological and zero kilometer food.
Chef María José Martínez pays particular attention to bees, so during the tasting menu there are various preparations involving bees and honey.
At Lienzo there was a choice between 3 tasting menus:
- Trazos = Lunch menu (available only for lunch from Wednesday to Friday).
Consisting of 2 snacks, 2 appetizers, 1 main course and 1 dessert (55€).
- Pinceladas = 10 Steps.
Consisting of 4 snacks, 3 appetizers, 1 main course and 1 dessert (75€).
- Lienzo = 14 Steps.
Consisting of 5 snacks, 5 appetizers, 1 main course and 2 desserts (95€).
