There is no one else at the gym. And when did I ever comment on this type of workout being incorrect and not productive? I was just saying it is unrealistic at most gyms to have that many pieces of equipment to yourself in a row. You must be a bit special when one sentence confuses you.

i think Dennis have much much better form than Silvio on arms, Silvio does everything wrong on biceps , swinging both hips and elbows....when curling, just terrible form!
