Exactly why I wanted them to keep David Montgomery 2 years ago for 6mill! I also wanted Jacob’s or Saquon and not Swift! WTF!
I fully agree on Montgomery. Letting him walk was silly.
They didn't let Monty walk. He ran away.
Would have been smarter to just use that 4th round pick this year on the best RB possible instead of a punter. Look at some of the RBs drafted after our punter. Jets picked B. Allen at the end of that same round.

fact if we had an avg QB we would be undefeted '. in every game he misses wide open guys running down the side line for TDS. he is not a very acetate has nothing to do with being a rookie. if he was bill jones and we got him in the 3rd round everyone would agree with me.
It’s a short sided look. It’s about the long-term future of the team. Unfortunately rookies have to figure things out the hard way. Sure we could be 3-0 but I guarantee you our ceiling would be a lot lower. By the time everything starts to click for Caleb and the offense gets on track,the ceiling will be so much higher for this offense. It’s about what we’re doing for the next 10 years, not about winning a few extra games this year.
So much for the great signings of Davis and swift. They are spending their money like the Cubs.
Davis is a miss…. Once Caleb is more comfortable and there aren’t stacked boxes, Swift will have room to work.
