No, you really wouldn't. The number of crashes, accidents, and deaths on Pakistans roads is terrfying, shit like this is part of the reason why.
@@sideshow101101 well the parts of the vehicles aren't the reason there are a lot of crashes, Drivers are what cause these accidents they mostly occur due to over speeding. For the trucks having accidents it is because of overloading or them sleeping on the wheel.
@@AB-py4ur All true, but i think having your brakes fail when you drive like a madman also causes accidents.
These brake pads are made of :
- recycled base plate
- compacted newspapers dust
- 50 layers of black paint
Yeah only carbon I saw was from the ash of the burnt up wood.
Much less fiber.
now we know why the pads come off of the backing plates when you buy them from Autozone.
jajaja, sure....
Regardless which person involved in this manufacturing process you pick, by our definition of work safety they all must have already died... Hope these brake pads were meant for tractors

Well if that’s what heat does to brake pads, god help anyone who wants to stop in a hurry!
They are releasing the adhesive on the backing plate to the puck material. Nothing new here. It takes a LOT of heat and a longer period of time than anyone applies brakes for (unless there's a failure). You will end up boiling the brake fluid before you get it that hot.

Every time i see those videos it is impressive for me to see this craftmenship - doing big things with only a few and simple machining but with high skill.
