Heavy Metal Bar-B-Que lol it got down to 12 degrees at night and it finished right before midnight on new years. That killer hogs was really good. ill be sure to include a taste test in my next one. i literally had no brisket left it went m.i.a i 1.5 hrs hahahaha. cooked for 10 hrs total wrapped the last w hrs and cranked it up bc it was so dang cold!!! #cheers happy new year brotha!!! Oh and i used pecan and apple for smoke!

How are you supposed to add more wood chips into these drums? When the charcoal is under everything?
Typically you don't need to. But you can get a custom door cut out similar to WSM if you wanted
Wow, it looks so cold there lol! That spice mix you used had a really nice color to it, I bet it's yummy - nice touch with the worcestershire at the end :)

Man, that brisket looked real good, that UDS did the job, even in the cold weather. Surprising how well they work for not being insulated. Did you have a BBQ guru to help maintain the temp?
Bad Beast Barbecue no guru! i just didnt have a drip pan this time and packed it full so it had plenty of fuel for the cook. I love the UDS its a TANK lol. Thanks for watchn!

What was the total cook time? Is that a Barrel House Cooker? If so, do you have any regrets? Great Brisket!
Russyl Royer this is an ugly drum smoker. i have a barrel house as well. the only downfall is the size of it. but this uds is 55 gallons so plenty of space lol. 10 hrs total cook time inbetween 240 to 270. thanks for watchin!!! i appreciate it
