Great video man! Followed these steps and my brisket came out perfect! I made mine on a gateway drum smoker.
Have you ever done a low & slow on a drum smoker?

Good stuff! I have, but it’s been years ago, I tend to use my stick burner if I do low and slow now. Thanks!

I'm Parr of the 23% brother! And perfect timing, my brother in-law is making me a drum smoker! And when you said drink more water, you meant Coors Light right? 😁👍👊🍻

Question, rather than leaving the lid off to rotate to brisket for the heat from the exhaust, why not rotate the lid?

That’s a great idea, the problem with most of these barrels, especially mine, the lid only fits correctly in one position. So, moving it would cause it to be really hot as it would leak air and not close properly

Kosmos is trash. Better switch to LC if you want to amount to anything.

Silly way to think about life. I know Phil and love cooking with him, his products are great too. Funny you say that about an old video. You should really broaden your horizons, putting other people down doesn’t raise anyone up.
