Adam, I'm 55 and their music has hit so hard and gives me a recharge to my life. These days everything you hear in the media is negative. These 7 guys are a breath of fresh air in my life and I pray for more. So it is not for just the younger generation, they are for this mom and grandma too.
Yes! I am 52 and I love BTS so much and honestly they have helped me in going through such a rough time with my momma being terminally ill and listening to them and just getting a break and " being taken away " a few minutes here and there helps ease my mind . They are no words I can say to thank them or describe how much they mean to me .
Hi noonas. I’m 47 here. Do you know that we are comprised of about 20+% of army fandom? Truly shows how special our boys are...that they can touch older, more experienced-in-life souls like we are.
My parents are 50, my grandmother is 73 and bless her soul, she loves our boys. It's for everybody. Not just younger people. It's even a surprise for me, because my dad never liked.. boy bands, He loves rock, metal but He loves BTS, and Not just for their music, but their message and because they are good people.
Thanks for the heart Adam! I'm one of those lucky fans where the family supports the boys too. I saw the boys live, with my Dad and my Mom. So yeah, I am proud!
@@farah8496 thanks! I love my family! They used to hate them. But I showed some videos of them Just being dorks, and they began to like them ~ try it out.
Adam, I'm a woman with 40 years old, who loves rock music, HIM, Muse, Lenny Krawitz, Depeche Mode, but I love BTS... I love the message of they music and lyrics ... that's why BTS music reaches all kinds of ages... (sorry for my bad english 😄)
yes I am 35, its not how suga feels its actually the truth, 30% of bts fans are male, 70% female . and 27% of bts fans are 40- 49, I think Adam never tried their messages and song explanations to see how deep they actually are . explanations on bookish theories and ... which show a glimpse of what we love about them.
I love Rammstein, Incubus, Muse, SOAD, Emigrate and more but I LOVE BTS too; i love their music, the message, their funny side, their "dark" side, their personalities on stage and off stage. Conclusion: I LOVE THEM.
I'm 38, and I have travelled the world (US, London, France, Berlin, all over Asia) with my group of ARMY friends (aged 21, 42, 46, and 56) for BTS concerts, art installations and pop-up stores. I would say that we are all successful in our careers (senior management, and a young lady on a scholarship) and we all connect to BTS's music in our own ways. We support the message that they spread, and advocate it through our work, relationships and friends. I work in Human Resources and spend lots of time with youth and professionals as I provide counselling and career guidance. I have had amazing results when I turn them on to BTS's music for inspiration, strength and knowing that they are not facing life's challenges alone. It's truly a wonderful thing, and one that I would happily recommend to anyone who is curious or keen to learn more.
Yes! So rare to find an ARMY my age. I'll be 38 this year as well. I haven't been to concert yet, but hopefully the next tour after the virus. Personally, I connect with BTSs music, because you can feel their emotions through the lyrics. There aren't any "throw away" lyrics. The lyrics all have deep meaning to the members. And through this, the members to me, feel grounded, real, and completely relatable. I will always support them for this.
While I understand the perceived demographic, based on the fact that they're handsome, young, and deemed a "boyband". However... there are equally as many fans in the late 20's-30's and 40's to 50's demographic, as there are in their late teens and early 20's. I think it boils down to the fact that while as we age we may become more rigid in our opinions and ideals we as humans don't outgrow doubt, insecurity, self reflection, criticism, and rejection. Music that faces those insecurities and says no matter who are, where you are in life, it's ok... if you're happy, then you're ok... speaks to people of all ages. Music that praises self reflection and growth speaks to people of all ages. Music that reminds you that the criticism and rejection you may face doesn't determine your worth speaks to people of all ages. In fact, I would say that as we grow and lose the bravado and invincibility of youth, we become even more drawn to these themes.
I could not have said this better, and I pride myself on my eloquence...47 year old ARMY who started this journey to connect with my daughter and found something so much more. Excellent description of what they give us!
For RM, He is actually a genius. His IQ is 148, and he is one of 1,3% top student in South Korea. But, in the middle school, he start to go to underground, perform with other rapper. His parent didn't agree at first. But, he said to his mom, is she wanna have a children who be no. 1 in what he want, or no. xxxx from what other people dream. Jin wanna be a bussinessman like his father, but then he wanna be actor after watch a drama. After he join with BTS's company, Big Hit Ent. He start to learn how to sing and dance. He was around 20 yo at that time. Suga from the beginning want to be a composer, producer of music. But, his parent didn't agree too. Only his brother support him at first. Jhope is a street dancer. He start to learn how to rap when he join BTS. Jimin is a contemporary dance student. He is top student in his departement. But he go to audition and join BTS and start to learn how to sing when he in high school. V want to be a farmer, and then want to sing. His father ask him to learn how to play one music instrument, and he choose saxophone. Jungkook wanna be a badminton player and pro gamer when he was young. But, he watch G-Dragon from Bigbang (he do cover their song : If You) and wanna be a singer. He was audition for a Superstar K, but failed. He actually received a call from many Big company to join, but choose Big Hit Ent. (unknown company) just because he watch RM and he tought RM is so cool. And he want to join with him. He was 13 yo when he join BTS First member of BTS is RM (2010) 2. Suga (2010) 3. Jhope (2010/2011🤔 i forget) 4-5 Jin and JK (2011) 6. V (2011) 7. Jimin (2012) They debut in 2013 Their album Map of The Soul Series are inspired by a phsycology book Jung's Map of The Soul (Murray Stein) May be what Suga mean by everyday is surprise is because they never dream about being top of the world. Like he said, they want to go to 16th floor, but end up 60th floor. They start from a company almost bankrupt, people look down on them. BTS's ARMY is so diversity.. Man and Woman, Asia, America, Africa, etc, around the world. From teenager to old..(10-80 yo)
I am 36 years old and I identify a lot with BTS lyrics, as they make me reflect on myself and also on how other people feel, increase empathy and understanding. As a mother, they help me with my children and their internal conflicts. I admire the message they are spreading and the good they do for many people. (sorry my English)
I'm in my 50's and like others who've commented here, I listen to ALL types of music. Music is something that touches people on an emotional level, not just "hey, that's a cool beat!" These guys sing about self-acceptance, loving yourself, staying strong, as well as addressing their haters......and there is no age limit to any of that. Go look up their discography and read the English translations to their songs, you'll understand.
I'm 37 and I relate to their message and music so much. I also have many ARMY friends in their 40s. Life can be hard no matter the age. And their music gives comfort and strenght to people.
About the last comment Suga it's right. Maybe you didn't react to that kind of songs: tomorrow, paradise, so what, zero o'clock, so far away, the last, microkosmos, 2!3!, reflection, everything goes, the whole rm mono mixtape, whailen 52, lost...
@@jiophone2412 i don't think any1 here was really forcing him to like anything. But yeah, he is missing out on some of their older songs as well as the meanings
I'm 33 and am a fan! I'm also a teacher who teaches late teens and early twenty year olds, this music helps to begin conversations with them that I wouldn't be able to have otherwise. A student-teacher relationship is necessary for students to succeed. If you can meet their needs and keep them engaged, that's a recipe for success! Once I started to "research" BTS, I became hooked! There's no turning back for me now. 😁
Fun fact: ARMYs have a clear high percentage of female supporters but within that percentage, the age group that makes up the majority of the fanbase are those in their mid 30s through 50s !!!
I don't know if you ever read the comment section Adam but this comment section is HEAVEN. Please take time and read every single comment. It will change all your pre-conceptions. I feel proud reading them♥ love you armys, love you BTS♥ I am also a 24-year old college student. I am writing my MA thesis and BTS are a huge comfort for me ♥ I'm just gonna leave this namjoon quote here "In interviews, when we're asked what's your message? there's nothing I want to say. I want to keep emptying and filling myself up for others, so that others can see and be inspired to create new things. We hope that a verse in our music, a gesture we make during concert, or something we say in interviews becomes a moment of light for those in certain situations." BIG RESPECT TO THESE PRECIOUS SOULS ♥
@@adammishan it's ok I understand, you're a busy person, a vocal coach, you only react to these videos becuase you analyse them vocally and I love that but as a big fan of them I can't help wanting people to get to know them better and what the message they try to convey because there're already many pre-conceptions about them and I want that to change As you said these guys never took their success for granted, they're the most humble artists I've come to know and they're always thankful for their fans that's why I want them to get all the recognition they deserve. I'm sorry this was a bit long.
I think that the reason you think they only make music directed towards younger people is because you never really have reacted to music that opens more the age filter because their most popular songs usually are the ones where it’s harder to see the deeper meaning and it may seem just like a funky vibe, but they have plenty of music that it’s directed to older people, actually I think that to understand 80% of their music you have to be pretty mature about certain topics. Personally what I think the best examples of this is both of YoonGis mixtapes and both of NamJoonies mixtapes. Also, I really like when you react to them like this! BTS is successful not only for their music but also because of how great their personalities are, so I think it is also important to know them to really get the message in their music! Thanks for reacting! 💜
I'm 53 and I love the message within BTS' music and lyrics. They are truly genuine young men and outstanding artists. I wasn't born yet for the Beatles movement in the 60s and always felt I missed out on one of the greatest moments in history. I am so thankful I am able to experience the BTS movement as I feel it will also be looked upon as one of the greatest moments in history!
You only reacted to their title tracks and pop songs which are like only 10% of their discography. you never saw their actual hip hop stuff or their deep songs that's why you think it's only for younger demographics. that's why I suggest you go listen to some of their good songs.
@@jiophone2412 I know he reacted to some b side but it just means he didn't get the meaning of any of them if he says all of them are for kids !! stil didn't force him to like anything, just saying he's missing out.
becouse he see with focus only on the singing , that why he miss a lot , but its ok , remember its not us who find bts , is bts who find us , mybe its still not his time to find them
Jiophone 2 I don't agree. A lot of the B-sides he reacted to were either vocal-line songs, solo songs (again from the vocal-line) or just songs that are more heavy in the vocals in general. Which makes sense cuz he analyzes their vocals. So Army dont suggest to him the more heavy hiphop heavy / message filled songs. Like did he react to their early songs where the criticize the school systems and youth like NO & No More Dream. Or called out boomers in songs like Baepsae and Dope? Or called out youth in a satirical way in songs like Go Go & Spinebreaker? Or dissed politicians like in Am I Wrong. Or talked about their struggles like I'm A Born Singer, Path or Sea, Persona, Shadow. Or just social commentary like in UGH & Respect. Or mental health which is pretty much the whole Love Yourself album series. And dont get me started on the boys solo mixtapes in which they get really raw and deep and sometimes even explicit. I just named a ramdom few of the top of my head but we all know they have a lot more. I guess a common theme is a lot of these are hiphop heavy. But I also have to say that Adam himself pretty much doesn't focus on their lyrics too and misses a lot of it. But I'm kinda flabbergasted how he said BTS SOUNDWISE is less mature when he listened to a whole bunch of MOTS: 7 B-sides this time. Black Swan, Louder Than Bombs, BP: Eternal, My Time etv. They all sound mature and have mature lyrics. How do they sound any less mature than anything people release in the west? Even their older songs, BTS music is very interwoven with hiphop and the boys voices are deep too. So their songs in general dont sound bright and preppy at all. It's a weird take. Aaaaand I just realized I ranted for way too long I'll stop now hahaha
I love how people from all ages are leaving amazing comments! I am 23 and I don't think the messages that BTS give will ever not be relevant to me. I have struggled to love myself ever since I was a young child, have depression, anxiety etc. If you listen to their deeper songs with lyrics (often not their title tracks, but B-sides) you'll understand. With the last series of albums they had they told everyone to Love themselves (Love yourself series) and with this series they are teaching us how to find our true selves by the book of psychologist Carl Jung (map of the soul). The first album was named map of the soul persona and covered the persona and the album map of the soul 7 covers the shadow/shadows and the ego. It's so interesting and they use art is so many ways to cover these topics. Even the Boy With Luv song is so much deeper if you think about the fact that the album is about the persona (mask we wear in certain occasions because we were taught by society/the people around us what is deemed good/acceptable, it goes even deeper than this) and they are acting lovely, sweet, are smiling etc. They use that song to show their "good/what is deemed good by the public" side.
i think when the members stated jobs, the question was what they would be if they weren't doing what they do now, so not necessarily what they wanted to be before musicians??? dunno
I love this interview and how chill they were and how Jimmy makes them laugh and really cares about them. 💜🤟🏻 I'm 31 and I graduated high school in 2007, I was mostly a fan of rock and alternative music my whole HS years when I became a huge anime fan and got into Japanese music too like Jpop and Jrock (Ayumi Hamasaki, Utada Hikaru, BoA [she's Korean actually but sings in many languages] Gackt, Miyavi, HYDE etc. I used to use lyrics websites to get translations and people used to make fun of me for listening to it. Now in my 30's I have slowly gotten into Kpop and its a different style and culture for me to learn about, which I love studying. BTS and their music just transcends ages and languages and identities and you can always relate on a personal level in some way to their lyrics just like any Western artists (its harder bc us International ARMYs must read translations and try to find the best ones not just color coded lyric videos that get posted so quickly that they aren't as accurate and have mistakes as to who is singing a certain part.)
RM’s iq is 148 so.....I mean he is really smart😂 He was one of the top student in Korea and he achieved a lot in studies🧠🧠 His transcripts from high/elementary school was🤩 He is basically a top student.
To understand what Suga means You should analyze the videos the lyrics the dance And simbolism of every bts music video you could whatch bts explained by a korean
actually 27 % of BTS fans are 40-49 years old. I think their messages help and inspire everyone because there is not much out there now that actually has deeper meaning in their songs
29 yo here. I’ve never really liked boybands. I was always more attracted to bands like Pearl Jam, The Cranberries... But absolutely love this guys and the music they make. The one I like the most is “Sea”.
finally you've reacted on BTS on jimmy fallon i hope you react to BTS from nobodies to legends 2 so you can know how these guys struggle a lot in their debut days 🙏
I am 32 and I have been a fan of them since 2014... I had never been a fan of anyone until finding BTS. Plus, I am into rock and symphonic metal... but BTS took the 1st spot.
Actually I know a lot of mum’s and dads in their 20s, 30s and 40s who love BTS. A lot of their lyrics and music videos have explanation videos made by Koreans to show the deeper meaning to their songs.
I'm 61 and BTS has come into my life at a time when I didn't love myself. They are definitely a positive influence in my life. I seriously love this group and how they love us.
Nice video ^^ I get why you would feel like their "target" would be young people / teens but I think that they grow up a lot since their first album and we can really see it in the lyrics their most recent songs.
At the Bts concert at Wembley I went alone, I was sat next to a girl who was either my age or like a year younger (so 17/18) and we looked like polar opposites, she was dressed in completely goth attire and makeup whilst I had super blonde hair, bright yellows and pinks and stuff, she said her usual music taste was screamo, hardcore rock sort of stuff, Marilyn Manson and people like that whereas my usual music taste is kinda a mess just sort of whatever I like but we both loved Bts despite all these differences because we could relate so much to the messages and despite our usual music tastes we loved the sound of the music. She was also there with her mum who was in her late 40’s / early 50’s if im remembering correctly, I asked if she came along just for supervision or whatever but she said no her mum was also a fan! There were so many different types of people around me, different ages, genders, races/ethnicities, everyone with their own styles and stuff, but we all came together because of Bts and their messages!! Bts dont cater to one demographic at all, it’s one of the most diverse fandoms I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to 2 of their concerts so I’ve seen all types of armys physically as well as online, we’re an extremely large and extremely diverse group of people
I'm 32 this year and I am very thankful we have artists like BTS who can put into words my inner thoughts. It's comforting to know that somebody feels the same way as I do. I may be older than BTS but I learn a lot from them. You should definitely watch their docuseries. These guys are deep thinkers and very introspective.
My son introduced me to BTS few years ago, and thought only for teens and the more I listened BTS the more I falling in luv with their super amazing music, messages about LOVE, they are so poetic, lyrical, and beyond my imagination. I have BTS daily in my life. The 7 angels send from the sky bring luv happiness and laughters. I luv BTS forever and thank you very much Mr. Bang Si Hyuk to raised such a magical boys. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hey Adam! Suga released his new mixtape as Agust D and the MV from one of the songs has been released 2 days ago. Please react to it, it's called "Agust D '대취타' (Daechwita)"
Hi! Great reaction video! I'm in my very late 40's and I grew up on 80's pop, rock, and hip hop. I love BTS! Their music and lyrics can apply to me as well. I think that since a lot of it can be interpreted in so many ways - depending on where you are in life and what is going on in your life - you can find solace in their music. I learn so much by being a fan and being part of this amazing fandom. I'm going to sub since this has been a few times that I've liked your reaction videos. Keep up the fantastic work.
They struggled for so long and will never forget that the fans put them in the position they are now. Staying humble is what continues to give them more and more fans.
I’m 47 and their music definitely resonates with me. Just when I feel complacent in life and when I feel like I have reached my full potential, BTS showed me to continue to love myself, don’t settle, stay young and to keep living. I get all this through there music.
I just turned 30 last week lol. But if you look at all the demographic from the people that consume their music, buy their merch etc. The biggest that listens to them are people in their 20/30's and THEN teens. So they have a far more larger fanbase in over teens. It's just prejudice that people think only teens listen to them cuz they see 'a boyband'. I dont think they make less mature music than any of their western counterparts? In fact a lot of their music touches serious topics like mental health, social issues, sometimes even political. Its just that you as a reactor have not reacted to those kinda songs from them much. They tend to be their more hiphop heavy songs and Army dont suggest those to you cuz you analize their vocals.
Wow Adam you are definitely certified ARMY now 😂 I love your usual BTS vocal reaction videos but it was very refreshing to see you reacting to a video like this! It's a really good chance to see who the boys are as people and why we love their genuine and unapologetic self. Thanks for the funny reactions!
For sure.. all BTS song's with positive messages connect to the young's and the old generations, that's why I am (old generation) loving BTS as my favorite of all time group in the world!!!
Honestly, Adam is one of a great commentator. He is good at creating video reactions not just because this video is about bts ( i love bts) but his words has sense. I just like how he comment, so natural. 🥳
The concept of love yourself, this is an eye opening moment for me . I have learned since childhood to love others but no one told me about loving yourself. I thought love yourself is selfish thing , it's not good. BTS taught me the concept of loving yourself, I am very grateful to them. This concept made me think deep how to love myself , it's not easy path but i am trying to love myself by different methods like meditation, practicing gratitude, be aware of yourself, and I strated to look after myself. I was going through mental issues in the past, what I lack and neglected is love and compassion for me. Their message has made my life better. BTS songs and messages are healing for me. Their music cannot be compared to anyone. Their music is very impactful ,strong which makes you think and bring changes in your life. I never experienced this phenomenon from any other artist. They are good people who makes good music, there are so much to learn from them. I respect bts they are special 💜
Hi, Adam! I'm 22 years old who loves calm, mellow music. I found BTS and went to like other genres because of them. I learned to value lryics too bbecause of them. I love their messages. It gives hope and positivity.
On the topic of the last thing you said about Suga's answer, its actually one of my favorite things about being ARMY to get to see the variety of people within this fandom. Im 24 and BTS has been helping me work through depression. Their wings album was based on the novel Damein. After finding that out, I bought the book and read it and it helped my cognition so much. Their new albums are based on Carl Jung's persona versus the ego. I had heard of Jung before but never studied his philosophies. Because of BTS, I looked into him more and again, it has helped my mental health. These boys really can be loved by 13 year old girls who think they are just cute all the way up to 70 year old ARMYs that I've talked to online. Older ARMYs give me a lot of pride for BTS because they are blown away by experiencing something like them for the first time. People that have been around for 60 or 70 years have never experienced a musical group who does as much as BTS and whose message resonates so strongly with them. I fully believe this group has the passionate, talent, and mindset to change the world. Those 13 year old girls are learning about loving themselves and accepting the difficulties of life in a healthy way before they are having to deal with it. People like me who are suffering and struggling can learn from them and lean on them for strength. They really do offer something to everyone who opens themselves up. Thank you BTS and BigHit for all you've done. Great reaction video :) I love seeing that you clearly have respect for our boys ❤
I'm in my 30's and I love them, suga sings about depression and anxiety, their rap game is insane, plus their message as a group resignates with me. Love yourself, often times we forget to do so cause we worry about others. Idk it's crazy how people so much younger than me can teach me so much.
In 2017, Jin graduated from Konkuk University in South Korea with a degree in art and acting. Shortly, after he enrolled in graduate school at Hanyang Cyner. Jin really wanted to be an actor but end up as a singer.
There's still time. I hate to say it but there will be life after BTS. I have no doubt that Jin will realize his dreams one day and get the opportunity to show his fabulous acting skills to the world. Pus he has a beautiful voice so singing will always be option for him.
6:15 *Suga Stan explaining you the background story check* So Suga was always writing texts and doing music, he taught himself the piano as he doesn't come from a wealthy family and there were days where he had to choose between a bus ticket or something to eat. His Family wasn't that supportive of him wanting to do music, as that isn't a rock solid career and could fail terribly and he'd be there with nothing again. Which is obviously understandable but it was really hard on him that no one was really supportive of his dreams In many of his texts you will find the motive of "no one believed in me but hey look at me now"
You should definitely react to v playing the saxophone. There's not a lot videos of him playing the saxophone and they're not very long. But I think you should defs check it out!
@@Rose-lb9hd really?! My brother took saxophone in high school and was 1st chair. He disagrees with you. Do you play that gives you ability to state as you do?
Suga is dead on...I am 55 and my daughter is 25. She introduced BTS into my life either the late 2016/ early 2017 and I have been with them every since. We have all the CDs and even caught a concert in 2018. We bought tickets for this cancelled tour as well. Music that doesn't appeal to one particular demographic is music that will become timeless throughout life. I never get tired of their music and there's no song that I can't listen to over and over again.
I am ARMY. Proud to say so and I'm 72. Love their talent, creativity, their positive messages, their kindness, but most of all their sense of humor. These seven young men brought back into my life that was missing: Passion and laughter. My goal is to see them in person. I hope that I can as it seems to be an amazing event. Have always liked your reactions. Thank you.
wow im so touched that you reacted on this, because you always reacting on their songs, im happy that you'll be able to know their personalities and their passion towards music. aaaaaa i love this video so much!
I'm a 28 years old woman who loves rock music such as Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, Starset, Evanescence, 30 Seconds to Mars, Flyleaf and One Ok Rock. I still find that BTS songs are meaningful and relevant to my life.
Suga is right, I'm 46 years old and some songs make me smile, motivate me, make me dance, I am more joyful, sometimes I cry because I feel the pain and see myself through this song. Their stories and what they went through and deserve to be in front of us today, it's amazing to start at such a young age, i take my hat off.
I'm 24 and saw BTS at Wembley Arena last summer. There were a lot of younger people and a lot of family groups. I got the coach to the event and the journey was so interesting, the group on the coach was so diverse but all felt so strongly about these boys and their music. Their image to people who don't want to see past it is simply a manufactured pop group of attractive young men. For those who go deeper it is often life changing. Many army are in this for life and this group has changed them for the better.
Hey Adam I'm 26, and my favourites songs are Spring Day, Zero O'clock, Tomorrow, Paradise, Whalien 52 because they give me force. If uou listen to them, You'll know why! :)
Start with Why is absolutely perfect for BTS. They never looked to far into the future, and even now I feel like they don’t look to far into it; they just want to do their best with their why.
Your smile is so cute 😆 I begin to smile along with you, liked and agreed with all of your comments. Thank you for your reaction! P.s.: I was not expecting a book recommendation, but I’ll look this one and maybe give it a try, thank you! 😂 Actually I’m a bookworm, don’t know about you, but maybe it would be interesting for you to know that MANY of their songs and albums were inspired by literature (and therefore inspired people to read those), art, some political questions, emotional problems and real disasters. I really appreciate how most of the time their songs have multiple layers, maybe that’s why they also appeal to a diverse audience. Along the fact that the only thing those 7 man really have in common are being good and hardworking people. 😅 So even if you don’t go deep on the lyrics you still can enjoy what each one bring to the group.
Thank you for reacting to this Adam! I'm glad u were able to see more of BTS as their individual persons rather than only on a stage as performers. For me personally, I love their music & meaning but what really made me an ARMY was their personalities & just how genuinely they r good ppl & artists who truly care for their fans. We don't get to see that honesty & genuineness in many others. I'd recommend reacting to more of their b-sides if u really wanna listen to the deep lyrical songs! You've already reacted to some great ones such as magic shop & I'm fine & answer love myself. Thank you for reacting to BTS! 💜
They all are amazing. It is awesome that they all wanted to different things before BTS. V always wanted to be a saxophonist. JK always wanted to be a Pro Gamer and is really good at playing video games. Jin always wanted to act. RM always wanted to be a business man. Suga always wanted to produce and write music and he has a great talent of doing this. JIMIN is so talented ( like the rest ) so i feel he just wants to do so many things while he can in life. There music does connect to all ages and cultures.
With the various messages BTS send with their music anyone can become a fan. It's not just targeted towards the young generation.
Adam, I'm 55 and their music has hit so hard and gives me a recharge to my life. These days everything you hear in the media is negative. These 7 guys are a breath of fresh air in my life and I pray for more. So it is not for just the younger generation, they are for this mom and grandma too.
I feel so happy having so many different types of armys coming together on youtube
Yes! I’m about to turn 50 and have fallen for this group and all their positivity 💜💜💜
I'm 50 and love them and their music. They are all such sweet young men.
So yeah, I am proud!
u have an amazing family, nobody else in my family likes them :(
@@farah8496 thanks! I love my family! They used to hate them. But I showed some videos of them Just being dorks, and they began to like them ~ try it out.
@@farah8496 same, except for my cousins.

Fellow Muse fan ? Respect 👍
@@hananana1155 true!!! 💜💜💜
@@excusemesirs.isthiswhereib4514 Yeahhh!! ✌ 💜💜💜
Ohh I would like to join your group.
This is wonderful 👏
I will always support them for this.
thats amazing!! wow
That's amazing.
Beautifully written 👏 💜
3. Jhope (2010/2011🤔 i forget)
4-5 Jin and JK (2011)
6. V (2011)
7. Jimin (2012)
They debut in 2013
Their album Map of The Soul Series are inspired by a phsycology book Jung's Map of The Soul (Murray Stein)
May be what Suga mean by everyday is surprise is because they never dream about being top of the world.
Cecília Bassi don’t apologize for your English. Your English is amazing 💜
I'm 31 and same, I'm so glad I finally got into them.
That made me cry... Wish you all the best !
I'm 51, the same
I am a 31 year old ARMY, My sister 15, my Mom is 50 & my Nan is 71 lol I love that I have that musical bond with my family. Great reaction once again!
I'm 31 too! I'm glad there are more of us oldie ARMYs in the mix. I've seen interviews with moms and grandmas who like them lol. 💜🤟🏻
He never reacted to the lyric video or the theories or explained videos that's why
baepsae, spine breaker, ugh,... the list is long
@@jiophone2412 i don't think any1 here was really forcing him to like anything.
V actually used to play the saxophone he really wanted to do it professionally
I don't know if you ever read the comment section Adam but this comment section is HEAVEN. Please take time and read every single comment. It will change all your pre-conceptions. I feel proud reading them♥ love you armys, love you BTS♥
I am also a 24-year old college student. I am writing my MA thesis and BTS are a huge comfort for me ♥
I'm just gonna leave this namjoon quote here "In interviews, when we're asked what's your message? there's nothing I want to say. I want to keep emptying and filling myself up for others, so that others can see and be inspired to create new things. We hope that a verse in our music, a gesture we make during concert, or something we say in interviews becomes a moment of light for those in certain situations."
BIG RESPECT TO THESE PRECIOUS SOULS ♥
I do. I just don't always comment :)
I'm 39 and I love BTS for their music and message. For instance, during this hard time, ON and Zero O'Clock have been so comforting and motivating.
Yeah, he should react to ones like N.O. he might be interested to see that one actually.
They use that song to show their "good/what is deemed good by the public" side.
i think when the members stated jobs, the question was what they would be if they weren't doing what they do now, so not necessarily what they wanted to be before musicians??? dunno
I’m a 39 year old army member. Their music touches my soul. 💜
ADAM It's time for you to react to 'BTS from nobodies to legends' and 'who is BTS:an introduction to 7 members of BTS'.

If you check any concert of theirs you will see how insanely diverse the crowd is, people from all races and ages etc
I like how you gave an on point comment on every deep anwers they said.
It doesnt look like that from the comments

I get why you would feel like their "target" would be young people / teens but I think that they grow up a lot since their first album and we can really see it in the lyrics their most recent songs.
Mister Adam i think u are an army now sine you have already fallen in the funny moments rabbit hole
I’m 38 and their music and message means everything it’s very relatable and they deserve all their success for sure.

PLEASE!! IOVE ADAM'S BIG SHINY SMILE WHEN HE REACTS TO BTS. YOU MAKE ME SMILE TOO 🥺💜
Pls react to jungkook doesn't know AutoTune, his voice is very clean in this video
There are people all the way into their 70's that listen to BTS. I'm 43 and never was a die hard fan of any group until BTS.
Happy Birthday 💜💜💜🎉🎉🎉
Cooky Shooky Aww thank you!💜

Honestly, Adam is one of a great commentator. He is good at creating video reactions not just because this video is about bts ( i love bts) but his words has sense. I just like how he comment, so natural. 🥳
I love Adam's smile. It's so cute
JK’s English is so amazing..I am so proud! I cry each time that I watch this interview. He is so endearing and the sweetest angel! 💜💜💜💜
Yeah, I'm really looking forward to the Zombie movie Jin stars in. He is a really talented actor.
There's still time. I hate to say it but there will be life after BTS. I have no doubt that Jin will realize his dreams one day and get the opportunity to show his fabulous acting skills to the world. Pus he has a beautiful voice so singing will always be option for him.
Almost 60 here and I love the boys plus all the creative people in big hit, they’re an awesome combo 💜🥰💜

*Suga Stan explaining you the background story check*
So Suga was always writing texts and doing music, he taught himself the piano as he doesn't come from a wealthy family and there were days where he had to choose between a bus ticket or something to eat.
His Family wasn't that supportive of him wanting to do music, as that isn't a rock solid career and could fail terribly and he'd be there with nothing again. Which is obviously understandable but it was really hard on him that no one was really supportive of his dreams
In many of his texts you will find the motive of "no one believed in me but hey look at me now"
Glad you're starting to dig more into their human side , interviews & personalities along with their music
You should definitely react to v playing the saxophone. There's not a lot videos of him playing the saxophone and they're not very long. But I think you should defs check it out!
he cant play saxophone well so whats the point
@@Rose-lb9hd really?! My brother took saxophone in high school and was 1st chair. He disagrees with you. Do you play that gives you ability to state as you do?
@@donnal.padilla4336 what videos did you see? I only that one from the variety show where he barely played three notes and none of it was in tune? XD
My babys are so humble 💜
I like this kind of reaction so much hope you do more in the future they're soooooo funny 💜
I didn't want this reaction to end, I love your reactions to bts, please do more ❤️
Your smile is so cute 😆 I begin to smile along with you, liked and agreed with all of your comments.
