How about a considerate and professional shopping guide of real person to provide you such info? There are many levels of interpersonal communications. in fact, the increasing of face to interface communication reduces the face to face communication.

Some people don't like to shop with store associates. The future is omnichannel, with multiple ways to shop depending on a customer's preference. Also, if you notice in the video, there still are store associates present to provide face-to-face assistance if desired.
