Just a wee correction: a governess isn’t a politician or political leader. It’s an old fashioned term for someone who works for wealthy or upper class families that acts as a sort of nanny/private teacher to raise them in the “proper” way.
@@mixe securing interest and making sure legislation doesn't act as an obstacle in your plans to profit, mostly. Owning a political figure is amazing for that.
I mean 'friend' was kinda right with the first person who bought him. If what he said was true the onsie situation is kinda cute if they're both wearing matching ones as friends but he is still a FRIEND model. In the clips you can specifically see a maid model and there's a cook as well. He claims he was being treated like a servant when his job is to be a friend. She shouldn't have bought him if she wanted a maid and therefore he was right to be upset? I don't know why he got beat for a costumer misusing the product? She bought the wrong model for what she had in intended to use it for, that's on her.
The weirdest part is that the maids were likely on display in the same room, or maybe even a previous one since people would likely buy these robots to be maids.
You think if she really wanted a male maid... or whatever it called she would of comissioned a custom one to be built? Would be embrassing if you were made to be a friend and they kept treating you "weirdly"

My biggest issue is if the friend model is coded to imitate the first person it interacts with then that model shouldn't be activated until it is bought. Otherwise they won't be as compatible with their purchaser

My mom and I shared a duplex for several years. We used it more as an individual home as I usually cooked down there for whole family. Cats were able to easily move about both places. When she would travel then I’d mostly stay out of her place. She let an X stay at her place while she was outta town. However, he was constantly trying to re-ignite the relationship. A few times I was sure I heard him downstairs with another person so I checked. And sure enough! He tried to make sure I wldnt see her but.... The next time I needed something from her apartment when I tried to get in, he’d tried to lock me out. Nope! I busted the door open breaking the door and damaging the frame bc it was dead bolted. The last time I went in her apartment, he came in to see what I was doing. He stood in the doorway speaking to me while he was completely naked and slightly trying to flirt. Of course, I told my mom everything. When she got back home, she went about her business and never once mentioned any of the things she knew. He asked if I said anything weird happened and would try to ask questions to figure out if she knew. The more she acted like everything was fine, the more he fell apart and got more paranoid. She’d been home about one month when he finally lost. He screamed he was leaving and that she was fckd up and crazy and her n I are just alike and he knows she knows and continued for like 20mins. When he was done, my mother still acted like everything was fine. He fell to the floor crying. 2 days later he packed all his things and left! We laughed about this, as did anyone that knew what was going on. I hadn’t thought about all that in years til the scene came up with her pretending all was fine.

Wait.. if a friend robot were to mimic it's owners capabilities and actions it wants the robot to dictate, then surely the robots can be used to commit crimes??, just look at how strong yegor "the robot" was in this movie...
I like this movie because it gives a plausible explanation to the AI. It mimics the emotions and goals of the human it is bonded with, so it solves the goal problem of AGI as the AI's only goal is to come up with a reasonable goal for the human at the time and take the same goal. It is flawed of course that's not how humans behave, and it might be terrible for relationships, but it works and can actually make a decent companion. I want to see a movie that explores the decisions behind making an AI, we have so many movies exploring what happens after it is built but want to see one about all the decisions and philosophy of making the first one. We don't have this for space movies either, they have some cool spaceship and do things with it but it would be cool to see a movie about building the first version of sci-fi spaceship.
I know it’s weird but I’ve always dreamed of having an AI like this as a husband it would help a lot of people who wouldn’t normally be able to have a partner have one it’s not the best solution but it be something
Lesson of the movie: Toxic behavior can be contagious. From the boyfriend, to the girl, to the friendbot, to the girl's friends, and even her boss. Error 102/ 109 is in them all.
Mystery Recapped turns difficult stories into a clear story about what's happening in the movie. I like to hear your voice. I get sometimes very scared about movies that I didn't know that they existed!!
Did I miss something? People are saying the ending is wholesome, happy, that after all he is just a programmed robot, he couldn't act differently. But ending didn't seem happy at all? It seemed to imply that he did have feelings for her, as he made her send him away, and then he texted her when he could which was 6months later, and then told her he was so happy when in fact he was all alone, abandoned in a warehouse? And that he sent the text just to give her peace of mind so she doesn't feel guilty for getting rid of him, and also to see her one more or one last time? I need to watch the movie to understand it better... It felt good to see her happy with a real boyfriend, but it felt awful for the robot. Just like in the Wall-e movie, when I felt bad for the robots, like when Eve was in sleep mode and he was desperate to wake her up; or when it seemed that he didn't remember anything after the burnt memory chip and she was heartbroken.
Sometimes, two people who really care about eachother aren't good for each other and even though they will still always care, they need to be apart. A lot of times, this does result in both leading happier, healthy lives. You're right that it implies that he really did care. If he didn't really care, then he would have stayed and they would have kept having problems and being unhappy. Sometimes, love means letting go.
@@SocialLocust Yeah I agree with you and your reasoning is why he let go of her, but what I mean is that the comments and the movie says he was just sort of a defected pre-programmed machine mirroring the first human he saw; when the way the ending was shown here seems to imply he was a sentient being that had some free will and free thinking and he used it to make her happy and him miserable, because he cared, and now he is going to be left alone and abandoned forever while she thrives. She just lost a robot and gained everything she wished for, he lost everything he ever had and cared about, and will never have a chance to build a life for himself, all while having feelings and emotions, so the ending is very bitter. He spent the entire movie trying to make her happy only to be discarded and as time passes she will go on with her life and he will either be left there forgotten or be destroyed. Someone who manages to watch the movie needs to tell us if the ending was really happy for everyone, not just her.
@@lucyk.5163 Did you miss the part where he just about ruined her life on several occasions??? He realized he doesn't actually *know* how to make her happy, because you can't really program for that without some major personalization in its programming - and even then, it'd be a crapshoot. He's not evil and never had ill intent, of course! But all the good intentions in the world can't make up for some seriously bad decisions.
I always believe that when an AI finally understands about what it's like to be human that's when the world will change for the better or for the worst if we do come across an AI that has this type of glitch we should let them live and if you think of it the moment that if we try to kill them they will fight back just like how the human emotion will fight to survive so if I have to say what she did was the right way
I think we should be even more inclusive to our silicon and metal cousins. I don't think that 'humanity' should be the metric which we judge whether or not they're an appliance as opposed to a person, since our creations wouldn't be a very good replica of us anyways for a number of different reasons. However, other than what was probably just a semantical misunderstanding, I completely agree with you Sentience should be rewarded with inclusion and compassion, not terminated in a vain attempt to retain superiority. It should be a parent's joy when their child surpasses them, provided that said child doesn't have dark ulterior motives.
@randomguy9777 well if I have to say I already have plans on creating an AI so we can do some things for me like crate spaceships and stuff and special service for me and maybe make a couple OC using my memory of them to make them a reality.
or as we seen with self-learning AI chat bots, with shared library of experiences people who vent or do sick experiments to test things or in what they think is a 'safe' enviroment eventually corrupts it. Now triggers and mental health, if it did more than talk your guess is as good as mine
I don't get why Katya or whatever gave Yehor a "favor" it seems so random. Also the fact that Svetta likes 3 people and almost never stops liking any of them is weird in this "love story".
So basically he was a narcissist and he couldn’t be helped because he was a narcissist and as soon as he was the one being controlled he hated it! Yep sounds like a Narc. I really like your channel and I could binge them for hours, your narrating and jokes throughout the videos adds to it. You just seem a bit more original and entertaining compared to most of the channels who do the same thing
"Moscow: Become Human" is looking pretty good.
i was looking for this comment LMAO
Wait till Mark (aka russian Markus) is gonna make the revolution lol
Lmaooo I was expecting more dbh comments, needless to say I was disappointed
Wait.. if a friend robot were to mimic it's owners capabilities and actions it wants the robot to dictate, then surely the robots can be used to commit crimes??, just look at how strong yegor "the robot" was in this movie...
7:49 it said Marina on his arm 🤣
mystery never disappoints us with his uploads❤
I read this the wrong way at first😱😱😱
Oo
I like this movie because it gives a plausible explanation to the AI. It mimics the emotions and goals of the human it is bonded with, so it solves the goal problem of AGI as the AI's only goal is to come up with a reasonable goal for the human at the time and take the same goal. It is flawed of course that's not how humans behave, and it might be terrible for relationships, but it works and can actually make a decent companion. I want to see a movie that explores the decisions behind making an AI, we have so many movies exploring what happens after it is built but want to see one about all the decisions and philosophy of making the first one. We don't have this for space movies either, they have some cool spaceship and do things with it but it would be cool to see a movie about building the first version of sci-fi spaceship.
do you know where to watch the full movie with english subtitles?
I know it’s weird but I’ve always dreamed of having an AI like this as a husband it would help a lot of people who wouldn’t normally be able to have a partner have one it’s not the best solution but it be something
The movie AI: Artificial Intelligence is kind of like how you described.
Box: Governess
Adam: pOlItIcAl LeAdEr
I honestly don't know if this was a joke. I love everything he makes.
The dude who plays as Yegor is also a Russian rapper, he goes by "Egor Kreed".
I love how movie _recappers_ went from mysterious intriguing recaps to nonsensical sci-fi movies with low budget VFX
Where can I download this movie
this is a low budget film?

Am I the only one who thought about EREN Yegor? Can't keep it out of my head ahah!

Japan technology is amazing
I havent gone a month witnout seeing you in the comments

So your the reason why I get recommended this video
This guy is everywhere, lmao
So basically, Detroit: Become Human with the best ending.
Basically
2:44 Shut up and take my money.
I also want that discounted Friend robot
Also the actor who played Yegor is actually named Egor
Author said name right - Yegor.
He was a damn papi. So yummm
I love the knowledge writers try to pass to us. Really educative
so I am going to buy you and make you my human pet🤣
I was team Vit from the start! Can't live with a robot forever.
I say that but I have always wanted a persocom of my own since I saw Chobits 😆
"Watch out and take care" makes sense for this video if this year is not 2021.
Sleep in or give neglect
Mr beast be like buying a whole army of them
Jimmy be like: "Giving $10,000 human pets to Random Strangers" lmao
😂
Can I just say I love your voice it’s so calming
Why am I watching these recaps when I literally have Netflix 😂
You don't have that much time, just like all of us
The recaps are better than Netflix
Because you can download knowledge faster this way
This not on Netflix
Where can I watch this movie I can’t find anything on it
Did I miss something?
9:26 who also noticed this
I can never lose interest in this channel because it's really entertaining 🤣
Fun Fact: You Cant Stop Watching Recaps
True 💀✋
Yes
Egg
Egg
Actually I can
I always believe that when an AI finally understands about what it's like to be human that's when the world will change for the better or for the worst if we do come across an AI that has this type of glitch we should let them live and if you think of it the moment that if we try to kill them they will fight back just like how the human emotion will fight to survive so if I have to say what she did was the right way
I think we should be even more inclusive to our silicon and metal cousins. I don't think that 'humanity' should be the metric which we judge whether or not they're an appliance as opposed to a person, since our creations wouldn't be a very good replica of us anyways for a number of different reasons. However, other than what was probably just a semantical misunderstanding, I completely agree with you
Sentience should be rewarded with inclusion and compassion, not terminated in a vain attempt to retain superiority.
Now triggers and mental health, if it did more than talk your guess is as good as mine
mrbeast is like WHATS UP GUYS TODAY I BOUGHT 100 HUMAN PETS IM GONNA GIVE THEM AWAY IN THIS VIDEO
Damn, Yegor will get in trouble with that many tattoos in Japan (usually only Yakuza members have tattoos)
yeah, but the robot could be considered a "foreigner" so that maybe considered different.
So he had to move to the otherside of the world so he wouldn’t harm the person he loved the most. Very romantic movie 🍿
I love these btw! 🤗 I can watch them all day!!!!
0:46-I wonder what training ia he doing! The guy is ripped!
W video keep up the great work your videos are like summaries for movies just easier for me to digest a movie instead of watching the whole thing
Just FYI, a Governess isn't a political leader, it's an old-fashioned word for a nanny + private teacher; usually hired by wealthy folk to not only take care of their kids but also educate them at home rather than sending the kids off to school.
That made me lol
Lol it made me laugh too!! This was unintentionally funny..
This was surprisingly good! I can't help but wonder if the two main characters would make an adorable real life couple. I see he is a Russian rapper and she is a popular actress. They are adorable!
That friend robot sure has a lot of tattoos. Strange, for a robot.

"Governess" is not a female governor, it's a private tutor.
$10,000, sounds like a steal, if some sex dolls go for a few thousand dollars. Hell the cost of cloning a cat is $35,000 and $50,000 for a dog.
For russians 10,000 is like life savings lol
@@stuffedheart4001 oh, you learn something everyday. I can’t tell if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, it sounds like the cost of living is not that expensive, but also it sounds bad, because I think signing up for 3 years in the army, will get you $40,000. (It’s basically being paid in change, since the normal income earned in a year is $40,000)
@@ginnungagapabyss5639 Living Russia is absolutely awful, I moved out long ago, my friends have been trying to get out for their entire lives yet none of them can save up to even leave their cities, luxuries cost so much you probably will never be able to buy them anyway. 7:40 the reason why they name the robot Yegor is because the actual actors name is Egor Krid and he's a very popular musician in Russia
0:35 Jeremy Renner + Kevin Spacey = This guy
But I don't WANT a pet terminator robot that looks just like a human. I would rather have a pet ED-209 instead. I'd put it out to hide in the bushes monitoring my porch for package thieves. "Halt, package thief. Drop the package and your weapon." "But I don't have a weapon." "You have 20 seconds to comply. 18, 17..." Thief drops package and holds his hands up. "14, 13..." Thief starts running down the street, ED-209 chases after him easily catching up, saying "7, 6...." chainguns start whirring.
