Our Six-Point Action plan to Restore the Rule of Law in South Africa

- ActionSA President Herman Mashaba, Team Fix South Africa member for Police Thuli Khoza and Team Fix South Africa Member for Justice Julie Seton, today, presented ActionSA's solutions to Restore the Rule of Law in South Africa.
As we have seen in recent weeks, the ruling party has allowed the rule of law to break down in South Africa with children being killed during hijackings, drugs being freely distributed, our women being raped and criminals no longer fearing the country’s justice system. In South Africa, up to 86 people are being killed every single day.
This is as our police stations have become dysfunctional with police intimidating South African citizens or refusing to respond to emergencies taking place across South Africa. In many communities, residents no longer report crimes because they know the South African police will do nothing about it.
ActionSA has a plan to restore the rule of law and make our communities once again safe to walk in by reforming both the South African Police Service (SAPS), the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and the South African correctional services.

It looks like people are experiencing various problems regarding how police in that station treat those that come to report cases. Whatever police officers did to Patricia Khoza, obtain their details and all information related to her case and report to the Public Protector, follow up on the outcome.
With regard investigations of opened cases, can you please, check case load per investigator,you may discover something else.

SAPS are very responsive and I have observed that they will arrest everyone accused of Crime. Never mess with the SAPS 😊.
Once again , public speaking lets Mr.Mashaba down of which he's much capable of ( has done this well @ times) with the right training and guidance. Politics is a poetry , a drama , a theatre , a heart felt moment that must HOOK the audience , viewers and those listening clutching at their seats. He must take a leaf out of ubaba Jacob , Gayton & Julius s book of Politics public speaking 101 . A boring court proceeding or phD uni lecture is NOT going to cut it for potential SA voters !! Maybe he's overstretched AND TIRED and should do less , but do quality speaking rather than the more mundane !
You criticize and make disparaging comments against a man who is truthful and honourable and highlight corrupt politicians and put them on a pedestal?? You clearly just as rotten as they are.
