Saturalia Special 2023: Kram'pul the Horror of Saturalia, Skyrim AE build

- This video is my way of saying thank you to everyone who has supported me and my channel, and what better way to do that than with a fan-requested, Saturalia-themed Skyrim build?! Having you all here means a lot to me, and I look forward to bringing you more Skyrim content next year!

The build was made in Skyrim AE. Played on Nintendo Switch, so no mods! The entire playthrough was on Legendary difficulty.

Kram'pul grew up in the Gray Quarter of Windhelm, where he suffered from discrimination and poverty. He never experienced much joy as a child, being relentlessly bullied by the Nord Children, but the time that he hated most was Saturalia. While others received beautiful gifts, ate festive feasts and played in the snowy fields, Kram'pul received nothing but scorn and was stuck with the same dirty rags and mud dolls he had all year round. After years of mistreatment and abuse, Kram'pul developed a deep hatred for Saturalia, and especially towards children.
One day during his early teens, Kram'pul was being mocked for his lack of gifts. In a fit of rage, he grabbed a jagged rock and bashed in the Child’s skull. Kram’pul, realising what he had just done, fled Windhelm and hid in the wilderness of Eastmarch. He survived any way he could: hunting small game, gnawing the bones of rotting carcasses, or chewing on lichen. He fashioned what clothes he could from pelts and plants, and carved a wooden mask resembling the demonic visage of a Dremora to frighten away animals, spirits and bandits. When he eventually began robbing travellers and raiding caravans, the mask also served to hide his identity and intimidate his victims. However, Kram'pul would never steal gold or jewels, or even food and clothes. His favourite loot was Toys and children's gifts, due the trauma of his childhood in Windhelm. Every Saturalia, when toys were the most plentiful, Kram'pul would raid shipments on the roads and scour the smaller settlements of Eastmarch for toys to collect. He would brandish a Mace, having developed a fondness for crushing the skulls of Nords after his first kill. Kram'pul soon became an urban legend, with tales of “The Horror of Saturnalia” being used to caution Children to behave.
Eventually, after living in fear of Saturnalia, a Militia would form and track down Kram’pul’s hideout, chasing him out of Eastmarch. As Kram'pul wandered Skyrim aimlessly, almost in a daze, he began having dreams of a Woman telling him tales of a horned demon that hunts this land. Eventually, the Woman revealed herself to be Vaermina, The Daedric Prince of Nightmares, and that she had a task for Kram'pul. Vaermina instructed him to free her artefact so that she may claim the dreams and memories of the peoples of Skyrim once more. She promised Kram'pul that he would be named her Champion and given all the powers that such a position deserves. She also told him to claim the Daedric artefacts of other princes, so she might corrupt them and turn them to her own purposes. Finally, Vaermina sent Kram'pul to Helgen to face his biggest challenge of all.

The quick version is that Kram'pul was raised in poverty in the Gray Quarter and constantly subjected to the prejudice and cruelty of the local Nords. Eventually he killed a Nord that was bullying him, then fled into the wilds of Eastmarch and became a Bandit, raiding caravans and stealing toys from travellers. Vaermina then enterd his dreams and promised to make Kram'pul her champion, turning him into the Horro of Saturalia.
