Thanks for making these videos! I am a trans man hoping to do HRT one day but unfortunately has a fear of needles. I've never fainted, but I fear I might if I'm on an IV long enough. My worst experience was getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I'll definitely stick with these videos to build some tolerance, thank you!
Crazy that some of these actually make part of my arm start to tingle. Like a pre-anticipatory psychosomatic effect, it's like I can feel the coldness of a needle touching me (before it would actually go in). Absolutely hate the way my body reacts to these things, while my actual consciousness knows it's fine.
I didn’t think I was anxious with seeing these words until I noticed that I was holding my breath. I had to remind myself to breathe. Maybe I’ll watch again

I cant even do the applied technique. My head goes warm and I panic and have to run away. I am never going to be able to do this
