I recently bought a french press for my coffee. I now only use the bunn when there is company coming 😊
I have a stainless steel pot and use organic Guatemala whole beans and grind as needed.
I have discovered since using the fresh organic coffee vs folger i no longer get acid reflux 😊
I love my French press. it's so much stronger than drip coffee. This espresso maker is one more step up in strong coffee over the French press. If you like it stronger. haha

I don't froth my half and half, I just make a plain cup of drip coffee with a handheld ceramic drip container found at Amazon, for one large cup of coffee. Boil water and, pour over the filtered container, I add half and half, and my coffee is still very hot. I don't have the appliances. I live in a small 17-foot RV with minimal countertop space. Bless you for taking the time to show us what a good cup of coffee probably should be!
Nah, everyone's tastes are different! My Dad loves his drip coffee, and he loves bitter coffee! Thats his taste, so when he is here, thats what I make for him. My Grandpa loved boiling hot water with instant coffee. Foldgers! hahaha ah the memories! I have friends who only drink cold coffee. So, everyone has their own taste. No right or wrong way....just enjoy your coffee!

I'm so glad you did this video. I used to have an aluminum stove top espresso maker but after finding g aluminum can be unsafe to cook in, I threw it away. This was great! Thanks for doing it real time! I've been sitting on the fence about buying this pot, but not anymore. Definitely want to try it out. I also have the Breville frother and I love it, had it for a few years now and it still works like brand new. I love it especially in the summer to make a cold froth. I bought an espresso maker a couple of years ago and which I also use to froth hot milk. Love you, Heather!

I loved this video! You gave me some ideas for making a good cup of coffee in the morning. My routine is to get up fill the reusable kcup and pop it into my Keirug, add a bit of creamer to the bottom of my mug and go about my morning, yes, pretty boring! You truly are a blessing to us all!
I loved those refillable k-cups when I had my Keurig! My dad fell in love with it so I sent it home with him. haha

oh thats awesome..... it hurts my heart seeing him in the thick of his grief....he keeps waiting for it to get easier, and it doesn't. Not for a long time....then you just learn to live with it and it grows with you. I wish I could tell him that. I am glad he is going to grief counseling. That made a huge difference for me.

I just started using a small moka pot I got second hand from a family member, I thought it would be great if we lost power, I can use it on my little camp stove-hooray-I figured I would only have instant coffee if that happens but now I can have "real" coffee hahaha

Thank you for doing this! When I watched you make coffee the other day I was thinking the same thing about you demonstrating how to use the expresso coffee. You should demonstrate the french press please. Could you also explain the different grinds to use and when?

I have interstitial cystitis which is rips and tares in the bladder wall. I love coffee but it gives me bladder infections and I hemorrhage but I have found Crio Bru which is cacao dark roasted that I brew with no side effects. You are the best. I hope you have a blessed day.

One thing i do is warm my water in electric kettle so its already hot then i put it all together and place on stove and it makes it within minutes . Works great when im in a hurry. ❤
Same coffee pot as mine? Directions says to only use cold water in this particular pot. ❤️
@TheKneadyHomesteader mine is a bialetti moka pot 10 cup . Ummm I hadn't read that you couldn't use hot water . Now I'm questioning myself . 😆
@TheKneadyHomesteader I just seen we do have the same one . On reviews a person comments of using hot water and tighten with a towel . I do it often and no problems just be careful not to burn yourself. Hugs and more hugs.
I bet your kitchen smells amazing! Such a nice routine you've established. Over the years I've become a tea drinker. A strong cup of tea with a touch of cream and plenty of raw honey. Before work years ago I used to drink the largest coffee I could find at 7-11 , with little flavored coffee creamers, Irish cream, almond, etc. Even now, still nothing beats the smell of coffee!
I grew up in a Welsh home, so Red Rose tea was my grandma/s fav! We drink that, oolong and Jasmin mostly. Mason my 11 yr old is a big tea drinker. We make a lot of sun tea in the summer.

I really want to like coffee. I love the smell but anything other than an a mild, smooth coffee puts my tummy on the run and can give me a headache. I also cant seem to find creamer that isnt watery and full of chemicals. Add sugar to all that and I feel worse than I did before the coffee. I wish I could find a mild, smooth coffee with a sweet substitute and creamy rich creamer. I would drink it all day if I could find that!
yeah sometimes coffee upsets the tummy for some people. I would stick with a light roast, organic coffee. The stronger the roast, the more bitter it can taste.

I had a small percolator when I used to do my espresso. I used Cafe Bustello with one of the premier protein drinks. Time to go work at Starbucks ❤. ☕️

absolutely! just keep an eye on it once it starts percolating for you. I have done that, when I just want a regular cup of coffee and not a mega size one. hahaha

I highly do not recommend it. hahaha But, I had a lot of work that needed to be done...my jaw was broken in 2 places from our accident. This is the last bit of healing left, physically.

Hi there. New to your channel. That is way too much fussing in the morning. I only have one cup in the morning, so I go directly to my Keurig,slap a pod in and press a button. I guess if I was a coffee snob or was more awake in the morning I would try this.
hahaha I can never hate on Keurig, I used one for YEARS!!!!!!! And when my Dad lived with me, after our accident, he fell in love with it....so I gave him mine when he went home. I love the Keurig refill pods....so you can grind your own coffee beans fresh, and reuse the pods. I used to have 8, one in every color for each family member. Everyone enjoys their coffee a certain way, no wrong or right.... it is one of life's enjoyments. So glad to have you here and can't wait to get to know you better! Thanks for commenting!
