Cool video, however honey doesn't form those shapes in water because of genetic memory, whatever that is supposed to be.
It's as a result of the physics involved. I believe it's surface tension and density.
If you're interested I can however tell you, as a beekeeper, that they do not intend to make hexagons in their comb; they try to make circles but as a result of the ambient temperature in the hive the wax is still malleable and the tessellation of circles filled with a 'liquid' makes the cells into hexagons.

This is a fake video. The commercial vs real food things may or may not be real but the "shocking secrets" in the 2nd half of the video are all made up to make the video shareable. There are businesses on youtube that create fake videos for the sole purpose of being shared and viewed. It earns money through ads. The content is irrelevant. They're engineered to be viral. This type of video works because most people are pretty gullible and *want* to feel special by possessing knowledge of "shocking secrets". The world is pretty much doomed at this point.

Starch might be an additive in mayonnaise and cottage cheese, but if that's "harmful" then stay away from bread, potatoes, and rice. Margarine and butter are two separate products sold separately with different nutritional facts printed. Filtering all the sugar and dye out of soda is supposed to indicate...what exactly? Everyone knows soda is high in sugar. Thanks for stating the obvious. They cover apples in edible wax to prolong the shelf life and prevent them from oxidizing. A wax is the same category of chemicals as fats and oils; a lipid. It's not inherently inedible.

While you are correct that the dye is known to increase the risk for cancer at high doses, the dosage necessary to do so is more than any human would ever be able to consume.
