The actual 1.0 came with the disc channel, Mii Channel, and Photo Channel. It also had icons for the News, Forecast and Wii Shop channels but they weren't present as they weren't finished yet
Don't know what it is, can't do anything with this 1.0 only Gamecube discs works on it. Wii discs force you to update. Internet doesn't work properly and as far of as i know Wii Channels are hidden by the menu not deleted.
Kote Try the game on another Wii, and see what it says for the copyright year when you start the game. 2006 in theory should work, 2006-2007 shouldn't. If it says 2006-2007, that's the problem
@@damian9303 Wii Sports has 2.0 System menu, probably the other games will have it since IOS9 is missing from the disc and that is used by 1.0 , The other Wii can't run System Menu 1.0 since for that to run needs BootMii installed as Boot2 or the original Boot2v2, it wont work with Boot2v4 from factory.

Notice how he was in BootMii at the beginning They probably made a NAND backup before installing the WAD You can restore the NAND backup even if there's a broken system menu installed because BootMii loads before the Wii system menu does
It's very complicated to figure out if installing that firmware is compatible on your Wii. I were able to install it because of having BootMii as Boot2 but not very good idea to install firmware that can break your console. Only what i did is use wad manager to install and that's it.
@@betatalk64 Once installed it would stay on 1.0 but internet would never work on 1.0 so you have to update with a disc or reflash a nand back up before installing 1.0. The tricky part is if decides to update with a disc depends on what firmware you were on i.e. if you did it on 4.3 you can only use a game that has 4.3 on it because any other firmware you try to use will not work and end up with a broken Wii unless you had BootMii as Boot2 which is required to safely install 1.0 in the first place, the other issue is the database corrupts on 1.0 so any Wii channel will disappear and can't be accessed normally unless you use BootMii to load Homebrew Channel.
@r3drecord yeah I know I have that I didn't know you could do this with it I thought the only thing that was useful with it was was installing better Homebrew installing preloader and and backing up and restoring Nand backups
How to get a Wii Mini but without spending 99 dollars and the small size
Btw you can mod Wii Minis now
spend 99 dollars on a wii mini
With Gamecube Backwards Compatibility, 4 Gamecube Controller Slots, 4 Gamecube Memory Card Slots, A Bottom USB Port, An SD Card Slot, and 480p support
Man that nostalgia from the old Wii Shop Channel Icon
why is the sound lagging behind after the wad install
Probably because shutting an HDMI input off screw the timing, something that would not happens if i were using composite.

This is fake as 1.0X uses a completely different IOS to load the wii system menu, that IOS is stubbed on 4.3X, so it would IOS brick
