Just recently ordered a sample set of Tiki Kings and Lucky Dragon ceramics from BRPro. Love the designs on the Lucky Dragons, but the colors are too blah and similar to each other. The tiki kings designs are ok. But the colors are vibrant and beautiful. Wonder if I should order any other ceramic samples?
The newer "Golden Dragon" set has brighter colors. Also, you should get ahold of a Dia De Los Muertos sample set if you can. They are spectacular! Check out Poker Chip Vid #2 on my channel for an up close look.
Racks can be found at BRProPoker.com or ApachePokerChips.com - either offer the standard plastic cheap rack, which is actually a good choice for ceramics - as well as the more robust and more expensive Chipco style. The latter is a very tight fit with ceramics, so you are actually better off going with the less expensive option if those are the kinds of chips you have. China clays, paulsons and others fit better, though snugly in the Chipco racks.
As with chips, I would HIGHLY recommend you get a sample rack or two first for just a couple of bucks, before you plunk down for a big set of racks that may not be ideal for your chips.
Beautiful set man. This is the perfect set that I would have picked. I already have a more middle ground set of abs chips but still happy with. Maybe if my game gets together more often, I'll save up for this one.
Loved the vid and got a barrel of these. They are stunning, but the side edges definitely are not 90 degrees to the face. Makes shuffling a pain 😩. Other than that though it definitely is cool to get custom chips!!!
I am in the process of building a limit set - I'm using the same $1 chips that I have in my no limit set - the Aurora Stars from Poker Chip Video #4. My goal is 1200 of these chips, and I'm almost there. I'm prowling the PCF classifieds for a couple more racks. I also am always keeping an eye out for a barrel or two of the Aurora Star $20 chips, also featured in video #4. When I do finally complete the set, then I'll do a video - but I would prefer to do a video with some poker playing action from my home game in it. It may be awhile as this stupid corona thing is just taking forever!
I am super excited to shoot full on tournament vlogs of my home game! Unfortunately it will have to wait until after I'm vaccinated, and enough of my regulars are as well. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later!
@@JosepHolt10 going to do another un-boxing video soon , probably in the next couple of weeks. After that, hopefully the long overdue tutorial on Seven Stud.
Watched all the videos aswell - good quality and work! I can feel your experiance when you show all what is nececery in right amount of time - no trash talk. For me i would be interested to hear also your opinion and expiriance of gaming tabels and chairs. Do you allow to put drinks, food on table? Are you using shufeling machins, any expiriance on those? How do you show blind levels, what app you use to set the blind structure depending on count of villains? :)
A video on my 3 poker tables is on my mind for sure, might not get to it until poker resumes in my garage which likely won't be till summer. One of my tables has cup holders, so drinks are ok in them - the other tables don't have holders so my players use side tables. I don't have any experience with shuffle machines in a home game - from what I can gather they run slower and clunkier than the machines in casinos - it appears that it's just faster to have two decks and have players shuffle behind. I do have a monitor on the wall that shows my tournament software and the blind levels - there might be a video in the future on that as well.
Is there a program you would be willing set up that goes somethin like I ship a sample set of chips to you with return shipping covered and you give a review??? Got a sample set of what I think is a quality set, but I'd love your opinion and review....
I'm flattered and honored you would want to do this! Unfortunately I don't have a PO Box, I should probably get one if this channel grows any larger! Can't give out my address I'm afraid. What set do you have? Maybe I can snag a sample set if it's available.
@@sleeve1259 Doesn't look like they sell sample sets, unless I'm blind and can't see the page. I would buy a sample set and review it no problem if it was available. The pictures sure do look gorgeous - and the chips look nice also ha ha.
@@chrismanzoni3586 Yeah sry didn't mention earlier, send them a quick email asking for sample set link, I never find it on thier page iether but they can easily email you a link. Ha! I didn't even think of that, and I'm a pretty clumsy fellow too! It's actually a thick neoprene topper from a PCF group buy (become a forum member for a chance to order one of these toppers in the future) laid on top of my table, but I wouldn't want to cut that either!
Is it permissible to order reprint or reproduction of a defunct or current casino? No, I am not wanting to do what you might think. I am buying loose chips from BR and a set of Royale from Discount. I have old $1 chips from defunct Vegas casinos.
That’s a good question, I would communicate directly with Kristal or Gene at BR pro. They have pretty strict policies against copyrighted material, but original artwork in the style can be an exception.
@@chrismanzoni3586 Thank you Chris. I think printing a small dot on the chip will keep the "game" above board. I am not sure if I want to go with BR or Chiplab. For 70c a chip won't break the bank IF I am getting a product that I would be proud to will to my non-playing interested brother when I die.

Are the center of these inlays or stickers?
Neither! These are 100% printed ceramics, meaning the "inlay" is just a printed design like the rest of the chip.
@Christopher M. Oh nice. Never been a fan of the sticker centers as far as long-term goes. Good to know these will last longer. Thanks.
What a great looking custom set. I wish they shipped to Australia.
Great looking chips. I need to order a sample. What breakdown did you get for this set?
x80 T25, x100 T100, x40 T500, x100 T1000, x60 T5000 & x20 BOUNTY
