Been talking to him recently and RUclips barley helps him at all it’s mainly sponsors but it sucks his nearly got 200k subs and a top 20 rider on a production bikes with very light mods. I’m really surprised no factory team has picked him up just from the RUclips subs because they would help the team so much aswell even if they started to upload on RUclips and he would dominate
@@tylersvensson4468 I call B.S. on that. I manage several channels exponentially smaller. It may not be making him baller rich, but he's most certainly paying some bills with 200K subs and 35 million views. Even if his channel only generated what mine do, his past 3 years netted him $105k in ad revenue alone. I suspect much higher since his videos are far longer. That doesn't include affiliate money, sponsors or merch. He isn't doing too bad and rides dirtbikes for a living.
@@JohnHowerton137 well that’s what he said to me, I totally get what your saying but do you know how much it actually costs to enter a national and drive more then 20 hours a time across the country. From what his said it’s about 100k a year which last year spinets helped him out big time and paid for a lot which he brought a house in Oklahoma I think it some where near their I’m from the uk so places like that I don’t really know. But it really does suck to see someone like that in the sport that doesn’t have an actual trainer working next to them all day, no rider trainer, no mechanic telling them what to improve on, having a race bike that’s got very little mods done especially being a 250 or 450 then training and riding half the amount of time the competition is and still qualifying in top 20 and his even got down to top 10 I believe last year. But I really think teams and stupid for now picking him up but it’s also like his not really uploading. I’ve talked to him about that aswell which I’ve been watching him for about 5 years now a very long time so I’ve seen all the progression but the excuses all ways about money
@@tylersvensson4468 not taking anything away from him, but his financial struggles aren’t even close to what your avg privateer is going through. He’s riding well, but there’s a fair amount out there who are riding better with less. His social media presence is valuable, that’s why he’s getting what he’s getting already. I’ve been following for 3 years, when he started posting regularly. I do wish him all the best. He’s def a hard worker and deserves what he earns! His national vlogs are fun to follow. Probably a lot of the reason I went to 2 big races again last year after 18 or so years of being away. I realized I missed that environment.
@@JohnHowerton137 personally I don’t agree with that, yes he is better of then a normal privateer but he doesn’t spent it obviously because he was saving to buy a house but his got a very mild race bike compared to other privateers but honestly it is what it is and I do hope he gets on a team like he did back in 2020 which lasted 2 weeks because of pulpmx didn’t want him on the team
I'll tell you what that's saying a lot. This bike is better out of the box than my race bike? Is that a paid comment by KTM or true? I don't see how a bike out of the box is going to be better than tuned suspension and a built race motor. I agree there probably better than most out of the box but better than a race bike tuned specifically for you come on now s***
Irrelevant of how fucking sick the new KTMs are... this video and all the people in it are just so stoked on the day. Such a sick video!
Jeff shredding that 2strk!!!!!! And yes.... love Jeffs riding gear💯
Thanks again for giving j walk the opportunity he’s been grinding to get here crazy how much RUclips helps individuals like him yewwww 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

He did say in 2013. Im sure its probably a little exaggerated + hes also out there to have fun right now and not to grind out a top 20.
Brand new bikes also feel really good the first couple days.
