OMG! lol I've never even imagined Michael doing a spoiler-free video. I don't know what that would look like. Curious to know his and Janay's thoughts. -Jenmarie
The Duel was my favorite. Star Wars was also inspired by Akira Kurosawa films & loved how that one was going full on Yojimbo, one of my all time favorite samurai films. Also really liked Tatooine Rhapsody & The Village Bride. Funny thing is Lop from Lop & Ocho is actually not the first bunny character in Star Wars. There's a green humanoid bunny character named Jaxxon created for the Star Wars comics in the late 70s after the success of the movie. Like to think the writers purposely made Lop the same species.
That's awesome that you've been enjoying the short films! Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Jaxxon! I've never read the comics but I definitely know of the character.
I watched it this morning and I can't pick a favorite. The one that surprised me the most was Lop and Ocho, I wasn't sure how I felt about the bunny design but honestly I love Lop and am gonna work on some fan art soon.
So cool that you guys were asked by Disney!!! I've only watched the first 2 episodes, Duel has been my favourite so far. So many surprises! I really like Visions so far because it's not something we recognise and adds greater depth to Star Wars. Just so cool. Trying not to binge watch them all XD
Watched the first episode of it and really enjoyed it, love how it looked really liked the characters involved and I felt it made creative use of the Star Wars universe very excited to watch the other episodes
So happy you enjoyed it! I still can't get over the unique ideas they've incorporated into these short films, especially with the lightsabers! -Jenmarie
The Village Bride's music was composed by Kevin Penkin, you can expect nothing less than perfection in the OSTs he has done for several anime like Made in Abyss, Rising of the Shield Hero and Tower of God. The short called the Elder was directed by Masahiko Otsuka, one of the founders of Trigger, this is his last project before he retires. Its kind of amazing that a legend in the anime industry is retiring with his last work being some thing from Star Wars, what a send off. The other studios also have interesting histories, like Production IG (The Ninth Jedi) was the studio behind Ghost in the Shell.
I cut out after your review of the second episode which was pure garbage. No one who isn't a child or didn't get a personal call from Disney to review it thought that episode was anything but. God awful music that didn't belong anywhere in the SW universe with an adolescent, nothing story to boot. You gained tons of shill points but lost all credibility in an instant. Congrats.
Throwing insults at ppl for liking something like this ain't cute bro. Also, it's a fictional universe. Not everything has to be limited to cantina jazz, Ewoks drumming on helmets, Gungan parades, and bubble opera.
Unbelievable. I can’t believe Rexin Around didn’t do this video….actually never mind. I don’t think Michael could do a spoiler free video.

@@kybersisters5304 it would be a funny video to see Michael try not to spoil anything

Wow. Thank you so much for this insight. That's amazing that this was Otsuka's last project, how special that must've been for him.
Visions is amazing! So fun! Your spoiler free review was great. Will you be doing a spoiler review?
Are they putting them all on disney plus all at the same day or do we have to wait every week for a episode
Nope, they're coming out all at once tomorrow! :D
@@Vandicoup thanks I’m watching them now😀

Hey Ben! Can you tell me more about why you feel this way?
It ain’t that serious bro. I HATED episode 2, it almost made me cry lol. But there’s no reason to get THIS mad over someone’s opinion
Please go on about how someone else’s opinion affects yours so much, darlin

Man this Ben BooHoo dude is so damn annoying. 😆
