hello! was a nice review. your comptia journey is remarkable! .. have you used any mock tests for sec+ ? if yes, which one was the most realistic? the closest to the exam?
I was one of those people that watched your Comptia A+ during my research last week. Honestly bro, I'm sold on making Comptia my starting point to my IT journey. My goal is to gain as much knowledge I can and hopefully land good gig afterwards when I am comfortable. I do not have a college degree, but hopefully this will not impact me in the future. Thank you for your help and advice throughout my research process. 1+ sub.
Thanks for subscribing! Your hard work and dedication is gonna take you to where you wanna be. All the best with your studying and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out!
Thats the great thing about IT if you put the work in and learn the work believe me you will get a job I don't have a degree either and im a self taught programmer looking to get into networking and the Trifecta is the first target for me good luck just do the work and you will be fine .
Amazing video man! I'm just planning to prepare for A+ and find out your channel. I'm at the same situation as you had been. Thank you so much for sharing your experience such a knowledgeable way.
Subscribed because you are very likeable. You seem super switched on and I am sure you're going to have a great career. I'm having a 'covid career change' moment and your videos helped a lot. Not trying to sell something, just being honest. Respect.
Great video! Just recently found you through endless searching on cyber security guidance on RUclips lol. I hope you don't mind me asking, but what certifications are you planning to take on next year for career progression? Are you following the comptia cyber security specialist map? And are you still in your internship?
Thank you Donald! I’m working towards the CCNA, some cloud certs and then some offensive certs as well. As much as I’d like to share all of them with you, I’d rather talk about them after I’ve completed them😅. But I’m not necessarily following CompTIA’s progression. And yes I’m still at my current internship!
@@DayCyberwox hi Day, happy new years! I just had a couple of questions if you don't mind answering, how many hours of your day did you spend studying for the exam and how long did it take to finish a certification? Did you have to also balance your revision with your other studies? If you could show what your day looked like whilst studying that would be appreciated. E.g. 9-11AM- Study for A+ .
@@donaldjames952 Happy New Year Donald! In terms of how many hours per day, it’s kinda difficult to track because I’d study anywhere lol. For example while I was studying for the A+, I’d be listening to Prof Messer while I was driving or while I was in the shower but I’d still come back at 11PM and study till around 2/3 AM. Generally, I like to study late at night between 11PM & 3AM. I’m gonna do a day in the life soon and show how I balance school, internship, studying for certification & other things I have going on.
I've heard about it. I know it was really buzzing a while back but I don't really see it as much in terms of requirements for jobs and stuff. I think the A+ is a good start all around. It is super fundamental and covers a lot of things.
Are you familiar with Tech Sales? I came across a company. Allied Vendition and they are offering paid IT Sales training and job placement. I’m considering it, but Cyber Security is what I am really in. I’m wondering if this is a good way to get a foot in the door, or if I should continue working part time and getting A+, Network +, and Security + within the next 10 months.
I’m back guys! What’s your take on the CompTIA Trifecta?🤔

@@itsfran76 Thank you! I used Jason Dion’s practice exams: ruclips.net/video/ZWNQCOYm9po/видео.html
pro trick: you can watch movies on Flixzone. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies recently.
@Omari Thaddeus Definitely, I have been watching on Flixzone for months myself =)

Do you know anything about the Google IT fundamentals course on cousera? Do you recommend that before A+ for a beginner beginner lol 😆
