Sorry about your aunt. I have just spent 2 wks on an emergency medical ward that was primarily dementia patients at varying stages, some of the absolute loveliest people I've ever met with stories although repeated several times I never tired of.

Thank you for sharing. Sad to hear that your auntie has dementia . My auntie..dads side had it and then also my mum and I became her carer . It’s sad and hard . It seems that it chugs along then all of the sudden you have a dramatic drop and it’s a shock . Tablets did help her though . But yes do all you can to enjoy your love ones and make time for you also .

Ah love I worked in a dementia home for years. It’s such a slow confusing disease for family as well as the patient.
As for the garden work, would you advise any particular types
Of peppers and tomatoes for growing outdoors? Im in ireland, 8b zone. Can’t really afford a greenhouse this year
Thanks so much, I’m a dementia lead in a home here, its so hard for my dad so I make sure I visit at the same time, I know what’s coming for her too so it’s hard 😢
Try a long pepper as they get attacked less by pests, tomatoes, go for a bush type, the key is water consistently 👍🏻👍🏻
