I haven't tried any Makeup By Mario products so my comment is strictly based on the shades not the formula. Don't most of us have these shades already? I love a good brown or nude neutral palette but I've got all those that I need right now. But I'm glad you enjoyed the palette.

I bought this palette as soon as it dropped and love it! I don't use the shimmers but adore all the other colors! The midnight blue is incredible! xoxoxoxo
If you like this colour story and would rather have an all-matt equivalent, Viseart has a petites cool mattes tiny palette. I've used mine to death and it's my go-to neutral palette. Has a row of cool tone purples though (replacing the shimmers in the Mario). I love the concept of the Moonlight palette, but don't need a duplicate in my ever shrinking collection
It’s so interesting to hear everyone’s preferences! I am at the point where I live a mostly matte eyeshadow look but I need a little bit of sparkle and MBM’s sparkle shades and the UD moondust shadows get used constantly to tap a little bit of sparkle in the center of my eye and it’s like perfection in all of my zoom calls. I’ve never had fall out but that may be because I use so little. Thank you for your review!
If only Natasha Denona would release a cool toned palette with pop of blue and camel… I bought this but not super keen on Mario’s formula, but glad to hear this formula is updated compared to ethereal.
I have the ND Ayana palette (5 pan) it has everything except the navy or a bluish shimmer. I agree. ND mattes are my favorite. I have a couple of k- beauty palettes. I image the dust up I get from them must be similar to Mario. Not interested

Sorry so late to the party! I did get this pallette when it launched and baring the two very twin twin vibes on those two shimmers, I love it. I did get the Natasha purple palette, but haven't cracked it open yet. I like to use the glitter shades as toppers using my fingerboard I agree, A palette of satins and metallic shades with a few well-coordinated matte shades would be sooo good!! I also love the cool tones that are coming out this year. 🩵💙 Fair neutral skin tone that leans a bit more cool than I realized or my skin color has changed with age 😂, who knows, but really leaning into the cool greys,taupes, blues and greens this tapes, I have the Huda pallette in my cart but hoping to get that one during the sale.
Oh I ordered Robert Welsh's collab and who stocks it in the UK? Glisten cosmetics! So I had to add a tubby custard to my order after the highlighter video 😂 It shipped today so I can't wait to have fun😅😅

I bought that MBM matte neutrals palette just for the gray shade, sad to say. There wasnt a crystal ball in the world that could have forecast me using the other shades in it, but here we are.
I absolutely love the cool matte palette too. I got the Etheral (?) palette and was totally unimpressed by it. Can I make pretty looks? Sure…. But I would choose my Natasha Denona “I need a nude” any day of the week. (Get the same kind of looks.)
My palette arrived today, it's my first Mario palette and it's £69 in the UK! Wow the mattes are beautiful. I haven't had time to get it on my eyes yet. I didn't buy the ethereal palette as it was too warm for me. I'm interested to see the white ethereal over the dark shadows. The other ethereal shadows I'm not sure how they will look. Thanks for the glitter warning! I definitely now want to buy his matte neutral palette.

I was tempted by this purely for the blue shade but I'm glad I saw your palette on camera because the photos made it more of blueish gun metal grey which I was excited about. Your camera showed it as a blue and that's not what I wanted at all. I have plenty blue but the dark grey with a hint of blue would've been worth everything.
Oh I want that Huda palette it looks beautiful, but it's limited edition amd will be their last ever big palette. Now I don't know why but the 2 big palettes I have of hers have a better formula than the 9 pan ones, which can be hit or miss for me. So funny… after watching this and commenting, I ordered about 30 minutes later the „new old naked palette“ from Urban Decay. Never had that one, and sort of always wanted it. Now I am super happy, and don’t think I need/want/must have/whatever this Mario palette. Also those ridiculously overpriced Patrick Ta Duos - as pretty as they‘re looking - trickled right off my radar with it. And the ND „purple“ palette somehow evaporated from my mind as well…. I still don’t know what happened. 😂

Glitter queef?? Oh, no thanks! I instead, headed over to the Sydney Grace site and tried to recreate this to the best of my ability with non glittery shadows. They should arrive tomorrow.
I thought the Sephora website said it was online only, but saw it in a store over the weekend. The mattes seemed patchy and the glittery shadows were glitter. I prefer a more buttery texture and prefer my toppers to be more smooth. So, I decided not to buy.
The color story is ok, but somehow this palette isn’t speaking to me. I am way more excited for the new (and last?) big palette from Huda. Will you review the new palette from Natasha Denona?
Other satin shades usually have weird amount of micro glitter that go everywhere and when I start to blend them out they turn muddy and glittery. Idk why but on me I always looked dirty hahah

I got this and tried it twice and it’s terrible. The glitters are sheer, dry and have major fallout. The urban decay moon dust singles are far superior. Also the mid tone/transition mattes in the gray and mauve are patchy af and could barely adhere to my lids. You absolutely need a primer for these mattes. I’m so confused bc I see video reviews where the same colors are clearly patchy on their lids and they give a positive review. I didn’t love the first ethereal palette but it wasn’t return worthy. I thought this would be an improved formula and oh boy was I wrong. I already returned it.
